I've been with Wells Fargo since I left for China in 2012. They had an agreement with ABC Bank in China that allowed me to send funds back and forth which turned out to be a life saver more than once.
Also they came to the rescue several times when I had trouble getting a refund from venders who were being difficult, not every time but generally more than not. Getting money out of an ATM machine has made my life on the road possible in China, Malaysia, and now in Mexico. I had a personal relationship with my reginal manager, an Orthodox Muslim, who went way out of his way for me until his boss put a stop to it. On balance, I feel fortunate to have Wells Fargo at my back. They're not perfect but at least they don't steal money out of your account like they did in China and in Malaysia they won't even let foreigners open an account.

I’ve never had a problem with the agents or service. Sometimes it’s difficult reaching them on the telephone, but apart from that, it has as good as service as any other bank in the area that I know of.

If I could I would give minus stars. The WORST BANK Nothing wrong with the people working in the branches as is the systems set by the higher ups = ABYSMAL! Only one account left with them their services has been absolutely ABYSMAL. Connecting to customer services that do not know and do not communicate with other bank departments. I have had the WORST experience in the last few weeks. I do not know why I did not close this bank account years ago.

Wells closed their downtown Mill Valley branch so now I'm 4th in a line of 8 with only 1 teller at their Miller Ave branch. I'm doing banking for my boss - although honestly, I have no idea why anyone would do business with Wells. Need to have a heart to heart with boss then find him a decent bank.

Wells Fargo continues its fraudulent activities charging hidden fees for a minors act that they said had zero fees. Disgusting, robbing a kid of $10 a month on a $200 account of baby sitting money. May you burn in hell !!!

Justin the so-called manager is useless as is everyone else there. Sam Dabit is the most unhelpful employee. He can only tell me "I don't know anything" which is fine with me but can they get anyone that can do anything? Please do NOT bank with these people. They are the worst.

Justin Iavaroni, the branch manager, provides incredible service! He is not only competent, but responsive and kind. I feel lucky to have him in Mill Valley and highly recommend him as your neighborhood banker.

This bank is so nice and personal. Big difference from the other large banks. They really build and work off of relationships. The people at this particular branch are very friendly and helpful.
