This pharmacy should close its doors. It's so useless. I have been waiting on hold now for 27+ minutes; someone comes on and puts me on hold again. This happens over and over, such poor service. I've been told my Rx is ready, only to go there and find it's not. I've switched to Costco in Novato; it's a much better experience.

The first thing the cashier says to me as I walk in with my service dog is " That dog can't pee in here, you need to go outside." My dog has Service Dog patches but all this guy can think is that I brought my dog into the store to pee. Never again.

First, the night manager was amazing, and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. I do recommend this place but only when that cashier is not working. The cashier working tonight (02/16/24@ 8:35 pm) was so unprofessional and had a bad attitude. From the moment we entered the store. There were some things on sale and my wife loved them, so we got basically what was left. I couldn't believe the price, so asked the cashier why are they at that price, are they expiring soon? Fair question. She turns around with an attitude saying how am I supposed to know? Well, hello you work here !!! I didn't say anything I just ignored it. Then when we exited I checked the receipt and noticed that she had charged us wrong. So I asked her to take a look at it and she again with an attitude said what's wrong? I explained that one of the items was charged wrong. She stated, so what, do you want your money back? I said no I want you to honor the price and then I will like the difference back. She laughed and said yes that's what I said. We were back and forth and I got tired and asked for the manager which she rolled her eyes and said seriously? And walked to the end of the store when I heard Mommy those guys are asking for you. I was shocked. But, still went ahead and explained to the manager and the cashier tried to lie saying that I wasn't saying it right. she is young but needs to learn you don't treat customers that way. If she keeps it up she won't have a job very long. What happens when mommy isn't there? There were more things she did but it is what it is.

1 star is one too many stars.Just use Amazon Pharmacy. My $323 Rx cost $53 on Amazon (NO exaggeration) + you don’t have to deal with the people in the pharmacy that everyone complains about.

Why does Walgreens keep this location open? Or at least why haven't they cleaned house and hired good employees? Worst store experience ever Rude, dismissive, confrontational, and just nasty. Tried to get store credit for an unopened $4.00 item. Was treated so badly, and even the employees didn't seem to know their own policy. Avoid this store.

If all of the other reviews weren't convincing enough, let me tell you with absolute certainty - this is the worst Walgreens, and perhaps the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Many years ago CVS gave me 10x the dosage of a drug I was prescribed, having misread the prescription. I ended up in the hospital. We had to sue them to cover the medical bills. I would still rather go to that CVS than this Walgreens.

Horribly rude employees. Common everyday medications locked up behind glass. When I asked for help getting some Zyrtec I was yelled at by not one but two employees. Local CVS doesn’t lock up antihistamine so I’ll start going there. This Walgreen’s always has super long lines at checkout and employees are miserable. The sweet older Indian gentleman working the cash register today was lovely and the only good employee I’ve encountered in years. Truly an exception. He even apologized for the other employees. He deserves better than to have to work with such miserable people. Won’t ever shop here again as this is the 20th time I’ve been ignored or treated my poorly by staff. Would rather driver further away than deal with this horrible place

On and off resident of town valley for 30 years. I've always use this for Walgreens. Since the unfortunate Covid situation and seems that the work force has depleted substantially and it's stirred, it has risen a disgruntled workforce. None of us know where each of us is coming from what our days are, like, what are family situations are like in none of that matters when there's a business exchange, it should be pleasant and respectful at least. This is not been my experience at this place for the past couple years. However, I called my call was answered within five minutes has not happened in years.A young lady named Avery assisted me. She was so polite and so kind and so professional. I never thought I would come back to this Walgreens, but I absolutely will because of Avery. I have not met her but her customer service skills made the difference between me, never coming back and me, choosing to only say good things about Walgreens in general, and as always for the Walgreens in my hometown: off shoreline highway. Promote that young lady! The amount of hostility for me even the pharmacist himself not wanting to answer questions rushing someone off the phone or even hanging up experience and a lot is very sending to me and it affects our community.Feeling anxious to even give Walgreens a call, let alone go by in person… I am not looking forward to being able to, without hesitation, or fear, use Walgreens as my pharmacy in my local store hub messages. The staff in the store separate from the pharmacy has always been lovely, informative, And incredibly kind. Thank you for whoever hired Avery she is one in 1 million and I'm very grateful to be treated not only with humanity but with kindness, patience, professionalism, and a heightened innate innately. Intuitive sense of dedication to her work and customer service for the customers experience overall. She went above and beyond with some thing I repeatedly struggle with in getting one medication refilled on the monthly basis. Thank you thank you, thank you, Avery. You offered a solution I knew to be true, but that no one else has been willing to do the work and extra steps I can't do on anyone's behalf… for the past six months. Blown away ?✨Avery!! ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There’s not a lot that’s guaranteed in life except that trying to get any prescription from this Walgreens pharmacy will be a complete nightmare. After months of giving them chance after chance, we are officially switching to Rite Aid. The last straw was today when I called simply to confirm whether the pharmacy had received my prescription, and they told me it would be an hour and a half because they had received 30 scripts the night before and were still processing. I asked if they could just look up the script by my name or doctors info. Surely their processing technology could handle that. But no, not possible, apparently. I ended getting the script sent to Rite Aid, and it took them a minute to confirm they received it. It might be one thing if this was a one time incident, but it’s always something like this, every time. We’ve started to wonder how this level of dysfunction is even possible. Save yourself the time, and most importantly, the migraine. Because if it turns out you need medication for it, you’ll probably never receive it.

I went to Walgreen pharmacy, I told them that I have an order that I should pick up, they told me that go look elsewhere for the seller, they got to the point that I talked with the manager and the manager also tells me that we cannot find your order, they treats customers very badly, it’s better not to order anything there, you can’t order anything for these people, he hopes very bad staff work pharmacy

Horrible place. woefully understaffed. I guess the Waltons cannot afford another employee.Appalling dump.
