Great service with Livescan fingerprints. Gentleman that was working that day was very kind and helpful. Efficient but not rushed. Store looked clean and well maintained!

On the morning of my friend’s wedding, she asked me to print 115 6-page programs and the seating chart. Gray at UPS absolutely saved the day! Gray was the only one working (it was a Sunday) and immediately dove in, helping me navigate tech issues, juggling other customers - all with confidence and a smile. I’m so grateful and it turned out wonderfully!

Today I got horrible service from a man that works there. He has dark hair and he has facial hair. He did not want to work on my request and let everyone else go in front of me. He told a customer that he did not want to work with me. I went to Kinko’s in Sausalito and the staff are skilled and polite. Plus the store is much nicer and is large. Do not bother going to the UPS store on Blithedale. The one in Corte Madera is much better. I cannot believe how rude that guy was to me. I used to be a regular and I am never stepping foot in that store again.

approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. David mistreated me while I was waiting. I was next in line when he decided to pick the girl behind me. Later, he claimed she would only take "2 sec," and that's why he preferred to help her first. The problem with this lie is that he took way more than that right in front of me, at my expense. I did want to clarify the reason why he did it, but he insisted and ended up not helping me after all.I felt discriminated against. Whether he was racist or something else, I demand a clear answer. You don't treat people like that.

We had a number of papers to sign, notarize and scan. Thought we would have to wait until Monday. But the only person on duty, Gray, was a great help and got us through the process quickly and efficiently. Also very pleasantly. Thanks Gray!!! We really appreciate your help.

I asked the guy on the phone a simple question if they could add postage to envelopes and he told me to come into the store because he couldn’t answer that question. It seem like a simple question to answer.

I just witnessed the owner Matt Jones bark at an innocent nice lady. He was screaming and blowing up at a stranger. Guy has issues. Don't go here. Sausalito UPS is where the nice people are.

I often need to return online purchases or send goods to family members in other parts of the country. Clinton and David and Wayne are terrific -- helpful, friendly, and fast. They make a tedious task significantly more pleasant! The team have a great community vibe for the store. It's always a pleasure to do business with them!
