I tried to cancel and spoke with someone who said my account was cancelled. I was subsequently notified that requests had to be in writing after I emailed them to see why I received another bill. There are better options out there (one of which I now use) that don’t have the awkward branding message when people call in, so it gives the customer experience of an actual in-house conference line.

Very hard to unsubscribe. Video is very difficult to use. Unlimited account has a maximum of 2k minutes per month. Won't work with Teams or Zoom.

I've had a great experience with Unlimited Conferencing over the years. When Covid hit they where able to handle our additional calls with no busy signals. The video quality seems better than other competitors.

Signed up for this service, decided to pay and I got a $50 a month plan. Then I get an email after 2 weeks saying I have used more time than my plan allotted. Well I am on the conference call for at 3 hours a week which is 180 minutes a week. Drama, Drama, Drama!!! They cancelled my account because I didn't want to pay $100 bucks a month meanwhile GOTO meeting is $12 bucks to host 150 people. So I made the switch, too many options to fight back and forth. And I paid my bill for the month and my next bill wasn't due until May 5th.
