Image Flow in San Anselmo is located just beneath the old movie theater at the hub. I had a wonderful experience with them. My boss had an old bubbled photo he wanted to donate to the Air Force Academy. Image Flow created a digital photo that included some detail restoration. Then this was emailed to me. Making a print of this 18"X 22" photo was an additional cost. Just the digital image photo itself was $60. The new print with the photo was $190. My boss is thrilled with the results and the photo will be shared for years to come.

Image Flow is such a fun and interesting place. My boss had an old bubbled photo he wanted restored for a donation to the Air Force Academy. They took the old photo and had a digital copy that included a restoration of minor details. This image is saved by them and is then emailed to you. From this image you can reproduce it. The image photo itself was $60. The copy of that image is 18"X 22" and all together it cost $190 for a print of that new image. For artists this is a dream come true. The new image looked a thousand times better and I was excited to get it back. This business is beneath the old movie theater in downtown San Anselmo at the hub. Beautiful inside and great service.

This place is terrific. Yesterday I was in a big photography bind and they kindly came to my rescue. But aside from that, I've also used them for larger sized prints and touch ups and they did a terrific job. Customer service is A+. When I have time for a photography class, I'm coming here. Thank you Image Flow!

This review is massively overdue. I'm a former frequent flyer here, and I have to say TIF is my all-time favorite one-stop shop for anything photographic in the Bay Area. I started coming here six years ago to augment the lab time and instruction I was getting in school. Their darkroom was my happy place for a long time and was fairly priced. What impressed me the most about their gorgeous space was that they encouraged clients to get their work off their screens and onto the walls. Literally, any time I had a question about anything related to photography or printing, Stuart, Ed, Constance, Chrysta, or Nathan would make the time for me and help me out or give me feedback. I enjoyed printing there and always left feeling inspired because they were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. If you'd like to learn about photography, I highly recommend checking out their services, classes, and workshops. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

I completely messed up Lightroom. I was totally lost and concerned that I had lost all of my images. A friend suggested that I contact Chrysta at the image flow. We had a zoom meeting today. She solved my problem in minutes and taught me how to prevent problems in the future. She will be my go to person if I experience problems in the future.

Image Flow has unethical business practices. They destroy an artist’s work without consulting the artist, and they laugh about it. Stuart is condescending snd downright unprofessional. He hangs up on people like a middle schooler. I will recommend to the Better Business Bureau to revoke their business license. Nathan should be fired. No one should work with them.

I saw that Nathan misprinted the photograph we ordered and then ripped up the misprint even though I requested it along with the correct print. When I called the owner, Stuart, he was patronizing, condescending, and unapologetic, stating that it was their policy (that hadn't been communicated to me when I picked up the order). This business is disrespectful to artists and has deplorable practices. Beware.

The Image Flow of Mill Valley, CA is a top notch photography center in Marin County, CA. I’ve attended many workshops and classes at the Flow and have been very satisfied! The prints of my photographic work have always been very beautifully done. During the Covid-19 shutdown and stay at home orders, the Flow is offering one on one consultations on just about anything you can think of (Lightroom, Photoshop, portfolio work, help with critiquing your work and anything you may need help on in your photography pursuits)! My photography group at the Flow just concluded our photo critique zoom session with Stuart and Nathan. It was great to be able to continue meeting up during this pandemic. Please support the Flow’s efforts, especially during this time. Send them an email and they will get right back to you to discuss your printing needs or to learn any new skills via Zoom. Check out their website and sign up for their newsletter!
