Unique store with a nice selection of home items and jewelry. I stopped by this new shop to look around. The shop is well set up and the displays allow you to really get a look at all the items. The owners were present, greeted us but allowed us to just roam around and look at everything without being overbearing. When we had questions they were very helpful and gave us information of the items. Make sure to check out the jewelry, I loved their selection and would have taken it all home with me if my bank account had allowed.

Excellent customer service. Very good selection and reasonable prices for hard to find Euro dinnerware and more. Located in the very cute part of town.

I bought a wallet here and told the woman I didn't know if it would fit all my stuff. Even showed her my current wallet. She said don't worry you have 30 days to return it. So I bought it. Turns out it didn't fit all of my stuff so I took it back. Well, the women didn't say you have 30 days to return it for store credit. She just said you can return it. I'm so furious and after I use my store credit, which I wasn't told about, I won't shop at this overpriced store again.

This is a nice store with great expensive gifts. Beware though, if you need to return something, it is store credit only! So then, you must buy something else you might not really need or want so that is a problem. Especially if you go there to buy something particular and then need to make the return, you are out of luck getting your money back. There is a sign saying no refunds but it is very hard to see and not right in front of you when you are checking out. And the person there does not tell you no refunds, just a credit for the store. I did not even have the product for 24 hours, and I tried to do the return and experienced all this. Just FYI.

Love me some retail therapy! Thanks, TERRESTRA! Gorgeous, serene, helpful. Could spend days there and never tire of the beautiful merchandise and artistic, classy atmosphere. Love it. It's worth driving long distances to this destination. I go there for gifts and never fail to also come away with something for me.

Whenever I'm in Mill Valley, I stop in here. A great place for quality gifts, pottery, glassware, vases--every kind of artisan product--too many to name. I tend to do most of my holiday shopping here.

Items mispriced in store and cheaper online. Store does not accept returns. Buy your overpriced wallets and picture frames somewhere else.

Every time I walk into Terrestra to shop for a gift, I come away with the perfect item + something irresistible (and unplanned) for myself. The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. The atmosphere is always elegant and serene, even when busy with shoppers. Every visit is an experience - like shopping in an art gallery, but within my budget. This may be the most wonderful store in the world. If you are looking for high quality, beautify designed "things," that can be expensive or reasonable (both), this is the place. You could just spend time in this store.
