While they were dealing with the recent fire (literally while the firefighters were there working), the owner took the time to talk with me between talking to the police, insurance, firefighters, etc. Since they had to force open every unit to put out the fire, and I was worried about the contents of my unit, Stacy (the owner) told me if I gave her a lock, she would be sure to lock up my unit as soon as the firefighters gave the OK. I bought a lock at the nearby hardware store and gave it to her...and sure enough, the next day when I wen there, my unit was locked up. I run a business where all the items I sell are in the storage unit, and I need to have access to them every day. Stacy arranged for her husband (also a really nice guy) to be there early every morning when the area was closed (to allow the authorities to do their work/investigation) so I could get the items I needed to ship that day. WOW!!!”

“I’ve just gone through the first part of the moving process, packing and picking up my belongings and furniture. The process was very smooth, from the time I requested a quote and until the moving crew arrived. I received guidance from Drew and Amy, they responded to my questions and guided me on things I didn’t know about this process. I received an email the day before my move date to confirm the date and to let me know the time when the crew would be arriving. They took care of the parking permit with the city, which was a relief. They posted the parking permit 3 days before the move date. When the moving crew arrived, everything was smooth and straightforward. Enrique, Adam, and Eddy really know what they are doing. They handled all my belongings and furniture with care and made sure everything was properly labeled and arranged to unpack easily. Everything has been transparent and straightforward until now. I’ll see how things go at delivery in the new location but for now everyone I’ve been in contact with has provided the best customer service.”

I have had to upgrade a few times from a small starter space to a large garage-size space once renovations commenced on my home. Each time was easy and smooth. The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I have not ever had an unpleasant experience. Having a great staff on site and the facility kept very clean helps me feel good about my decision to store my belongings here. I highly recommend it. Oh and there is parking...A BIG PLUS IN SF!”

San Rafael“MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”

I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?!
