The Pharmacist at this store is awful. He been there forever and he’s awful. I’m a glutton for punishment because I keep going back thinking it’ll be different or go on Friday when his it’s his day off. He gives wrong information and unsolicited advice, informs you of things that are not his business. He thinks he’s a physician. He obviously wanted to be a physician. His bedside manner and attitude is probably what kept him from it.

By far the best pharmacy in Mill Valley, all other like CVS / Safeway, you end up waiting for long line and take forever, here only about 5-15 mins. They are clean and Pricing also competitive. Do you self a favor, skip he long line at others in MV, come here to get what you need.

Shout out to the pharmacy at this Rite Aid. Kang and Bryce are always helpful and will always rush your Rx if you ask. By far the most dependable pharmacy in Marin County.

Very rude pharmacist. Waiting for so long for the prescription to be filled but was told drugs out of stock. They let us call another Rite Aid to see if in stock. Don't come here.

I would just like to say given the times, there are many places short staffed. This Riteaid store is too but I've always been treated with kindness from the front registers and the pharmacy. When short staffed, they're doing the best they can.

What a sad store. Over priced. shampoos on sparsely stocked shelf’s. But worst of all is the obnoxious and rude male pharmacist. This place needs to go out of business.

Rite Aid pharmacy in Mill Valley is an embarrassmen. The customer Service is atrocious. The head pharmacist is rude & incompetent. prescriptions take days to fill. Stay away from this Rite Aid location.

on 10232023 at 9:30 am. I went into the mill valley rite aid I will never step foot in a rite aid every again. I was told by the manager or who ever was asked to get change from the cashier that they do not except 100.00 dollar bills this early and didn't need my business. I know she could have gotten change in the back office behind the Ice cream booth. I am not dumb. That was completely dis respectful. I also got that 100.00 bill from you guys yesterday. So you just lost another customer. know wonder your going bankrupt because of customer service like that.

Called the pharmacy 7 times and waited for roughly 15-20 minutes each time and no one answered the call. Please fix it as we are reaching from the doctor's office.

This store has everything you need including the greatest bang for Buck ice cream one can buy. Becky at the register was absolutely wonderful and helpful.

Customer service is lame, and totally unknowledable about processes. What kind of employees and manager is there?. Inepted !!! Not very kind or diplomatic at all. Shame on you at the Mill Valley Store !!! I will never recommend using RiteAid again!!!

Mary (and Betsy) the Store Manager's were rude and did not take care of my issue - I was charged over $50 in error for a gift card that was defected (they confirmed this) The clerk keep trying to scan it and was charging me each time!!....She assured me the transactions would be voided. They were not...I only spent $6 but over $50 was charged. I will be disputing this with my credit card company as well. I was charged in error multiple times, which they acknowledged but insisted I was given some of the cash back. This is not true!! They have cameras everywhere and said they could access the recording to confirm if cash was given to me - I told them to review the video. They decided to just say no, and shortchanged me. Mary should not be a manager and needs to learn how to handle customer situations like this. I will never shop there again and cancelling all my prescriptions that are linked to Rite Aid as well. Rite Aid will reply to this saying they gave me money back - they did, but it was not the full amount - I was still short changed for their error.

Staff is very rude, racist and discriminates against people. Worst store I’ve ever been. Won’t recommend at all.
