I was referred to Bill Byrd by my brother to assist in selling my mothers home in Novato (Marin County) who passed away. There was a lot to deal with. My moms affairs, personal items, tenant and prepping the home for sale. Bill helped my family with all of it. He consulted on the painting, carpet, cleaning, repairs, home inspection reports, city inspections. He also told us what not to do, he recommended not to remodel the bathrooms and kitchen. He suggested new hardware and some touch ups/repairs. He did recommend that we convert a storage space under the home into an office/music/gaming room. The home was the highest sale in the complex for the last 36 months. I highly recommend Bill Byrd for all your Real Estate needs

Bill Byrd was referred to us by a friend. He found my husband and I our first home in Santa Rosa. Bill was extremely aggressive and diligent in his search. He never rushed us to find a home. When looking at homes he asks questions and help us refine what we were looking for. My husband and I were not on the same page at all. We knew we wanted to buy value and a fixer was ok. Bill found us a perfect first home. The home needed a lot of work and had tenant issues. The seller was an absentee owner and had not seen the home in years. Thru patience and tough negotiations, Bill was able to obtain a price reduction and we closed on our first home. Bill helped assisted us in finding vendors to help remodel our new home. Bill is a very rare realtor. He does what he says is going to do and always put our interests first.

We worked with Bill selling our house in Petaluma, and we were really happy with the experience. We wanted to use him again for the purchase of our house in the Sacramento area, and luckily Bill is also very familiar with the area and was able to show us houses when we had time to visit the area. He gave great advice on which properties to avoid, as well on relative value of the properties. We started focusing on the El Dorado Hills area, but after seeing what we liked and didn’t like we ended up following his advice, and decided to buy in Roseville instead. We are really happy with the house, and recommend Bill as both a buyer’s or seller's agent.

Bill Byrd sold our rental significantly over asking in the Strawberry area of Mill Valley. We had moved out of state and Bill acted as the general contractor and with his connections getting the painting, both interior and exterior done in a timely manner.
