Just picked up two cotton dresses and 4 small sweaters. The charge for cleaning was $97.00. I've taken the same items and before it was around $60.00. New ownership, New prices. Loved the prior owner. Sorry can't afford the price increase.

New owners / operators are terrible/rude/incompetent!We are long-time customers.They lost two men's high-quality business shirts on two occasions... I was able to spot one hanging on the rack without a ticket. The second is still lost after three weeks.They were extremely rude. No compensation for the shirt despite it being new.Other customer's at counter also having issues.Previous owners were wonderful. Wish they would buy it back!Do not use this Dry Cleaner!Service: Laundry wash & fold

My husband and I needed last minute steaming (pressing) of his sports jacket and my dress for a wedding. They were very nice to do it while we waited and the price was reasonable. My new go to cleaners in MCV. Highly recommended.

Been going here for 5 years. Trust them with everything, dress shirts, down, cashmere, designer pieces. I've lost track of the rush orders and the other ways they have gone to great lengths to help me. The prices are great. Thank you Susan, and hats off to Mr Lee, the hardest working business owner in Mill Valley.

good service, all work done on site so no chance of things getting lost from one location to another. but very pricey..$11 to clean a woolen shawl..still worth it compared to my previous cleaner on miller where change of ownership led to lost items and late delivery.
