I called to get a quote for some minor repairs on a car Before we sold it. Not only was the service KIND and helpful, they all went behind the ask to get the car parts in and repaired quickly when the car sold to a friend. This is a wonderful local gem! Cannot say enough about how happy I am with my service last week at Quality Autobody. I have gone a few times over the years and had similar positive experiences. Nick said that he could fix my bumper without replacing it, which I feel like no one ever recommends anymore. For a fraction of the price I am very satisfied. Fortunate to have businesses like his last so long in Mill Valley.

I want to give a BIG SHOUT-OUT to Quality Auto Body in Mill Valley: to Nick, Julie, and Joanne for going way above and beyond the usual level of repair service. If you are anywhere in Marin and have a collision/body work issue, go see these people - on La Goma in Mill Valley. Old-fashioned small town service from really nice and very competent people. The story: Five weeks ago this morning, my Red Rocket was towed off for repairs after someone tried to steal it from in front of my house. The good news is that they were unsuccessful, my insurance company didn't total the car, and they covered the repairs + a rental car. But FIVE WEEKS? It was towed to Marin Collision Center (don't go there) and they sat on this job for two weeks, telling me that they couldn't find the parts. I used The Google and found dozens of after-market parts. They continued to say they just couldn't find the parts but were really looking. In frustration I called my insurance agent (not the adjuster) and he recommended this little family-owned business in Mill Valley. For whatever reason, Nick - the shop manager, accepted the challenge. One hitch, though: is this is not the work they generally do. They found the parts: a door lock and an ignition switch, but with different keys. They could have just installed those parts and handed me two keys, in addition to my original key which would still open the passenger door and the hatch. Instead, they called a locksmith who took my key and retooled the door lock and the ignition switch to match my old key. They did not have to do that. Plus they gave it back to me washed and vacuumed. I hope that I don't need any collision repair work again, but if YOU do, go to Quality Auto Body in Mill Valley.

The tailgate on my 2021 Porsche Macan s was damaged and I also took the opportunity to get three of the wheel rims repainted. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the care to details. My car was delivered in immaculate condition including a polishing of the entire vehicle. In addition Julie went above and beyond in arranging for all four rims to be repainted at no extra charge. Thank you for the outstanding service and outstanding workmanship - my Porsche looks like I just drove it off the dealership!

I have used this autobody shop before and had challenges. This time is the last time. I took the car in so they could assess what needed to be done and order the part. I never heard from them once the part arrived - which they said they would call me. I set up a time to take the car in to get it installed. I did not hear back from them to find out when it would be ready, when I did they told me they ordered the wrong part. They said they would get back to me on what the new part would cost and when they could get it. Turns out it was $1000 more than the original part. There was a lack of coordination between the people working there, as well as in communicating with me. So, after two trips to Quality, I never was able to have the car repaired. I recommend you try somewhere else.

The paint job was good, however it took way too long. The older woman on the phone was completely checked out. They had my part for over a month and then another 2 weeks with my car. The roof now leaks and the car smells like mildew. Not really inclined to go back. They seemed overwhelmed anyhow so they don't need my business. Mill Valley, meh!?

Top notch! The absolute best. Completely honest and trustworthy. Quality Auto Body had previously done work on my 2015 Mazda 3. I was so pleased, that I went back today with my 2019 Mazda 3 that had some unsightly dents and scratches. Julie is the shop's manager and a complete professional. She looked at the work I thought would need to be done. She then took a rag with some industrial strength paint thinner and wiped away almost all the damage. I wouldn't have known the difference if Julie had given me a $2000 estimate to fix everything and kept my car for a few days. Instead, she was completely honest and forthright, wiped away the "damage" and sent me on my way. How's that for professionalism? If you need auto body repair in Marin, there's no place else to go but Quality Auto Body in Mill Valley!

The name says it all. I had the misfortune of finding my vehicle scratched, one day after work. Bastards.. Before filing a claim with my insurance, I called Quality Autobody to see what their process was. Joann, was extremely informative and talked me through the entire process, even helped answer questions about filing a claim. Throughout the duration of the repair I received updates at every stage. My vehicle was completed on time and the on site rental car pick-up and drop off made the entire repair process seamless! Highly recommend them and couldn't be happier. Thanks!
