Extremely rude. There is nothing more to say about these people. I only go there when I'm in a hurry and cannot make a separate trip to a regular FedEx location but every single time, every employee is ALWAYS rude as if my using and paying for their services is a huge inconvenience to them. Awful people with really bad vibes. If you hate your job that much and are angry with the world for working there, just quit.

I have been here twice - and both times were quite curt, unhelpful and unfriendly. I won't be going back - many other options with much better customer service.

The people that work at the PostalAnnex are consistently unfriendly and impatient. It's not a welcoming place to do business at. They also charge $2 per box that they tape up. I might as well go to the post office. I'm going to stick with the friendly people at UPS Tiburon and Tiburon Mail Service.

You've heard it said in the other reviews... the staff here is rude and unfriendly. Makes you think they are not getting any vacation. Bad vibes. You don't need that.

I've been going here weekly (sometimes daily depending on eBay sales) for two years now. I love it! The staff is amazing and great. It has that small town feel that makes Mill Valley special. I love bringing my daughter in to show her how shipping packages works and I often buy her a little greeting card that catches her eye as a little treat!

Have given the staff multiple times to redeem themselves, but nearly every time they are rude and act as if I helping me is an inconvenience. Not sure why. Have had simple transactions and have always been pleasant. I will take my business elsewhere.
