“Never used the pharmacy, so this is a review for the store. Aisles are clean and well stocked, and staffing is also efficient and pleasant. Never seems to be a long line here.”
“I can't believe I'm reviewing a bank branch. But I just walked out reminded of why, even though I've moved my business to San Rafael, I drive down here whenever I need a service that requires me to enter the bank. They are genuinely gracious here and while staying entirely professional, manage to make it feel more like a visit than a chore when you come do your banking. I'm friendly. But it's not only me. I just watched them treat another woman who came in the same way. The branch on Miller Ave. in Mill Valley is also very pleasant. San Rafael branch should take lessons. Not that they're rude. But there's zero warmth. Very grateful for people who make chores something to look forward to doing.”
