What a great place! While they were dealing with the recent fire (literally while the firefighters were there working), the owner took the time to talk with me between talking to the police, insurance, firefighters, etc. Since they had to force open every unit to put out the fire, and I was worried about the contents of my unit, Stacy (the owner) told me if I gave her a lock, she would be sure to lock up my unit as soon as the firefighters gave the OK. I bought a lock at the nearby hardware store and gave it to her...and sure enough, the next day when I wen there, my unit was locked up. I run a business where all the items I sell are in the storage unit, and I need to have access to them every day. Stacy arranged for her husband (also a really nice guy) to be there early every morning when the area was closed (to allow the authorities to do their work/investigation) so I could get the items I needed to ship that day. WOW!!!

I moved to the Mill Valley area in 2017 and anticipated needing additional storage space and the location of the facility was ideal being only 3 minutes from my house. The unit I rented was spacious and easily accessible. The 24 hour access made it convenient to retrieve necessary seasonal items for events return, even late in the evening. I decided to donate the contents of my unit to the fire victims and no longer needed the unit. Stacy was kind enough to allow me to vacate without a 30 day notice. If I should ever need storage again, Mill Valley Stor-All will be my first call. Thanks for treating your customers right!

Stacy is so nice. And manages the storage facility so well. She kept in contact when I wanted to find a unit and then found someone to take over my unit within days when I wanted to leave before the 30 days notice. I could drive up to my unit which was fabulous, met other nice people who had units there and adopted some of my furniture I want to find a home for. I will absolutely return to Mill Valley Stor -All when I come to Mill Valley again
