I made an appointment to get my brakes looked at and had to do early drop off before work, I ended up dropping my car off at the wrong auto body shop and the manager of mill valley auto service went and picked my car up for me while I was at work! They did a thorough check of my brakes and talked me through the service/ what needed to be done! Overall great experience I will be back!

Elias and his team saved the day when I got a critical flat tire (I could hear the air coming out, and somehow a large razor-like object had become lodged into my tire). They ordered a replacement tire to be delivered overnight and changed it first thing in the morning so I could pick up my car and continue on my way. I am really grateful that this shop exists.

Elias and his team worked quickly because of a flat tire, and their swift execution helped me to get to work in a timely manner! Elias also ordered new tires and installed them a few days later and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend Mill Valley Auto Service!!!
