Lee & Keith found a new windshield-wiper system relay for our 1987 325i, to replace the original one that had become intermittent. Masters installed it promptly. The wipers are working properly.
I have had consistently good experiences with Masters' maintenance & servicing, including a new battery, and full engine overhaul.
They are professional, experienced, friendly, and reliable.
I recommend them highly to all BMW owners.

I can’t say enough about Keith and Masters!
Their commitment to incredible customer service and the integrity in which they approach the work they do shines through every step of the way. I live out of state and was looking to purchase a pre-owned LR4 in the area. Keith and team were ready to help with a pre-inspection bringing their knowledge and customer focused energy. I am very grateful to have found Masters and would recommend them anyone looking for amazing customer care for themselves and their vehicles!

I needed a new starter for my car. Keith and his team took care of what needed to be done and was gracious enough to even contact me the next day after the repair work was done. It was a reasonable price that he quoted me. Keith’s even gave me a head up on other repairs that may need to be done sooner rather than later. Mill Valley is lucky to have this shop around. Fair, reasonable and honest people ?

Masters did a great job in fixing a leak in our VW, but they were also fantastic in communicating with us about the job. Keith listened to us, understood that we didn't want to over-invest in fourteen-year-old car, and proposed a plan that made sense/cents. Then, he followed through and made sure the job was completed in a timely and cost-effective fashion. He and Leigh were always incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the repair process. We don't expect we will have to take the car back to the shop for a while, but when we do, we will definitely use Masters again. Highly recommended.

Keith at Masters is amazing. I've been going here for years. He and his team always go out of their way to fix any issue at a reasonable price as quickly as possible. Definitely the best repair shop in Southern Marin!
