I am posting a thank you and high compliments to State Farm; Maxine Rafferty and Cesar Flores in the Mill Valley, Cesar Flores agency and William Iverson, State Farm claims specialist for kind and expeditious resolution of our claim. Rats totaled our 2021 Mini Cooper, which loved. Everyone was kind and totally responsive toward a successful resolution. Cesar and Maxine are first-class agents and highly knowledgeable and practical in their proactive advice in structuring and managing my insurance policies. They're also very friendly and super responsive. I have been with State Farm over 30 years and this team is by far the best ever. I would not trust anyone else. A 10-star review.

We had some terrible experiences getting homeowners insurance from two other providers, but Cesar and his staff was super helpful in getting us insured. The office is very responsive and the rates are reasonable!

Cesar Flores and his team have served as great ambassadors for State Farm to our family since ~1961! Thankfully, we have not needed to submit claims very often, but whenever we have we have received prompt attention and it feels like we have been compensated fairly. Cesar’s staff have always been personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
