“I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”

“After stop and run damage to my Audi, cabriolet, Francisco and his team repainted the entire car. The quality of the work was amazing. Even areas one would never normally see were repainted. I have had a ton of compliments about the car since it was repainted, even though it is now 11 years old. The most important point I can make is that they take a great deal of pride in their work. And, yes, their pricing is competitive and they are extremely well-versed in dealing with insurance companies. Highly recommended!”

“Initial communication was through Yelp's "Get Pricing" quote. Sokol responded within 48 hrs. Which was a plus! First time taking my car in for service in SF, due to a change of ownership to the last place I usually take my car to. (It was in the East Bay) I came across this business through searching on Yelp. I feel like his quote was reasonable. Came in for motor oil & break fluid maintenance. Dropped my car off at 10:30am & got my car back at 4:30pm the same day! I also like that Sokol provides a list of detailed recommendations/reminders, because I'm definitely not a car person. lol. Thanks Sokol!”

“I've never expected the car repair experience would be so positive ending! I am grateful that my auto mechanic told me to go here, Avenue Body Shop when I had a puddle inside the car! Despite the fact of my brand new 2018 Honda has been having several issues and incidents since 2018 including someone hit while I wasn't inside the car (happened twice) and the sun visor on driver side was "broken" from the vey beginning but the dealer told me this happened for new cars and didn't do anything. I believed him it was just tight so it's not smooth... but Ave Body Shop told me it's broken and they order new one and fixed it with just $40. (I wonder why the dealer didn't offer this?) They also took care of something other than the problem of puddle while the car was in the shop. Most of all, Noe, Joel and Janai educated me how to take care of my car with my insurance. Their team is very nice and friendly and try to help customers. I felt they are on my side I really didn't expect this kind of experience on repair shop until now; it really exists good people! I'm sharing about this shop with my family and friends and clients.”

“Once again, Will's auto body shop came through with flying colors. There was something under my car near the bumper that was scraping the ground when I drive. Took my car to Will's not having any clue how much time and money this would cost me... It took about 20 minutes and didn't cost me a dime. Romeo came out, looked at it, and was honest about his opinion. He quickly got under the car and fixed the problem. DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY! I tried to pay and he refused. I was trying to find someone to custom paint my car and was referred to andy from another painter that knew andy from painting school. “Spoiler alert! This review is before I have an estimate on the body work on my car. I had major damage to the front of my 2016 Mazda6. Someone backed into it. They left their number, insurance information and claim number (God bless, them. Honest folks still exist.) The insurance company gave me a list of "approved" shops. All three I needed appointments to get an estimate, two in January and the third, Giannini's, next week. The first I visited "needed" the insurance company's packet and I would have to call, bring in the packet and wait a week before they would make an appointment for an estimate. The second shop was not much better but the young lady at Giannini's who helped was so nice and had a great sense of humor. The other two shops told me after I got the estimate, it would take six weeks to two months to get the parts. When I told her that, she laughed, went to her computer, looked up the parts and said she would have them within two weeks of getting approval from the insurance company. As I said, this is pre-work but with that kind of service upfront, I have no doubt my update of this review will be shining...”
