Called ahead to see availability for a rental. Lady picked up saying "hello", nothing pertaining to the business. She said she had a car avaliable for rent, so I walked a mile down the street. Got there, nobody was there. Called back and she said "no more availability"THERE IS A REASON THIS PLACE HAS POOR RATINGS. I DIDNT EVEN GET THE CHANCE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU SHOULD NOT YOURSELF.

Dropping off someone who rents a car here. Not sure how he found this place. The neighborhood doesn't seem safe, but maybe the rate is fair

I'm satisfied with the service provided by happy car rental. The prices here are great compared to other rental companies but they take cash only. The cars are clean and smell good. Would come back.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST FOR SURE!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST FOR SURE!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST FOR SURE!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST FOR SURE!!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTIST FOR SURE!!!!!!!The worst experience of my life. If I could leave -5 stars, I would. The guy listed a car for sale on Craigslist as an owner, not a dealer. To my dismay, I get there and it is sitting on this car lot. He knew I was coming to view the car, and yet, it was tucked away behind other cars. Finally get the car out to view it, check the motor and undercarriage, etc., and notice some oil on the bottom end of the motor. I proceeded to tell this to him, at which point, he started shutting the hood of the car on me and refused to let me test drive the car as if I did something wrong. Then, I stated I will be test driving the car, as that is not a deal breaker and I drove a hour to get there, and he still refused to let me test drive the car. I had ample cash in hand and would have absolutely purchased the car if we liked it, but was not afforded the opportunity to do so, or take the damn thing for a test drive. What a POS this place is because he either didn't want a knowledgeable buyer to negotiate the asking price because there was oil leaking out of the car or something was very wrong with the car, and knew I would catch it. This man should not be allowed to do business and take advantage of uneducated consumers and/or refuse to allow educated consumers to drive his sketch cars. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
