Deals offered for grouping items, even providing additional information for organizing, color and type of furniture.The gentlemen providing assistance answered almost all questions off memory and looked up things that change daily. “My fiancé and I both have back issues and had been shopping around for a mattress for a few weeks. We stumbled across mattress firm after looking at another nearby store and decided to quickly stop in to see what their inventory included. We were immediately greeted by Steven and he quickly took away the anxiety and frustration we had been feeling spending hours testing and shopping. Steven is a sleep expert, so he not only knows the ins-and-outs of every mattress, but he really takes the time to understand your needs to try and match you with the best mattress. Instead of going to some of the most expensive options to start, he provided us with several affordable choices. He spent over an hour with us and never once made us feel pressured to purchase a bed from him. We ended up leaving to "sleep on it" and knew before we got home that we wanted to buy our mattress from Steven. We went back first thing next morning and purchased a new Tempur-pedic. We will be referring our friends and family to this store any time they need a new mattress. Steven is a real asset to the company and was a pleasure to work with.”

“Me and my husband were hunting for mattresses for a couple of weeks throughout different stores between LA and OC counties because we were moving to our first ever spot and it was going to be the first mattress owned by us as-well. When we got into the Sit n’ Sleep store at Santa Ana, we were greeted by Ron Gonzalez, sleep consultant who asked us what we were looking for, and we explained briefly the type of mattress we were interested and asked to be let browse in the store. He invited us to try and spend as much time needed. After some time he checked in to see if we had questions. We had tried enough to gather a few queries. He gave us precise answers and guided us to the best options comfort and budget wise. We left the store and came back a few days later to confirm deals and final prices since we wanted to compare with another mattress candidate that we had at a different store. We came for a mattress only but since we were planning to get a bed frame aswell he offered us a great deal for both. Ron was such a good consultant, very well educated in mattress knowledge and even better as a person. Me and husband always appreciate and remember the kind of people that are good above all. As a young married couple we find valuable the people that we encounter throughout the important steps we take in our marriage life, since they are sort of part of the adventure. Trish, store manager, helped me throughout the shopping/purchasing/delivery scheduling process, and she was GREAT from start to finish. When I first came in, Trish greeted me warmly, and offered guidance, support, and assistance; I never felt pressured or rushed during the process. I particularly appreciated that she listened attentively to what I was looking for, and shared options and possibilities based on features I was seeking. Trish is gracious and attentive, and her information and knowledge were super-helpful. I made three visits to Sit and Sleep before making a final selection, and every time Trish had the same warm approach, answering each new set of questions I had. She priced the total package for me so I knew exactly what the cost would be before making the purchase. Delivery was scheduled for the next day, and the delivery guys were great. I loved how the scheduling/delivery software gave me frequent updates on arrival time so I was ready when they came. Excellent experience! But when it was time to get a new bed recently, I decided to opt for a different mattress company because they were having a sale, but after my sleep trial was up I had to return the mattress, it was awful. I decided to visit Sit n Sleep and look at their selection. Instantly Nicole helped me find the perfect mattress and even set me up with the bed match technology they have. On my first trip in I felt very take care of and learned a lot about beds. I also spoke with Kevin a few times after that regarding the mattress. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of by them both. I pulled the trigger and got a King Koil Rosewood bed- one week in and I'm having the best sleep so far. “We bought the Ashville 7 PC Espresso Dining set. We were skeptical because there were no reviews but thought of taking a chance. And it lived up to our expectations. The table has a self-design which does not show in the pictures, but it is a beauty. The chairs are nice and sturdy. I will overall rate this set very highly.One thing I want to mention is OC Furniture’s great customer service and professionalism. I called Tony four times in addition to numerous emails and he was very patient on the phone and quick to reply on the emails. We wanted to assemble it ourselves but realized that it would be difficult as soon as we started. One email and he sent me the assembler the same day. I was really pleased with the overall experience.The only thing I would recommend is to have a couple more pictures, specially a close up on the table. Also, the assembly will take some time because there are a lot of screws for the table.”

“All I can say is why did I wait this long to call Stephen and Ignacio. We agreed upon a date and time and they arrived on time just as committed. This review is during the Covid and they came with masks and worked in the living room area to run cables into our wall (hiding the mess from before) and they installed a mounting bracket to swivel a little side to side. Everything was done top notch including the clean up during the "wall work" - they even accommodated some not making too much noise during my wife's conference calls as she is working from home. When completed, the kids almost felt like we got a brand new TV, everything was just as promised. Hoping to have him back to do a speaker system and maybe some LED lights for ambient viewing - who would have known. I do now and you should too!”
