“I would stop by post office if your package was not delivered and tracking indicated it was returned to sender. I called general USPS help and they said to wait 5 business days and then do an inquiry online. With no further updates for a week, I filled out inquiry for lost package online and the USPS responded with email the next day, then Post master (Mariposa) called within an hour to resolved Issue with package delivery and tracking - they held it at post office for pickup in Midpines and package was able to be picked up right away. It would’ve been so much quicker to just stop by the PO in the first place for inquiry.”
