As an ECommerce business owner for 17 years, I have dealt with many post offices via phone and I have to say, this was the BEST experience! Bob is a gem! Super nice, Super helpful and happy to do it! His smile came across the phone! How refreshing to have such a pleasent experience with a postal employee!

The staff is excellent. The only bad thing I can say about the Middletown Post Office is it lacks a REAL parking lot. There is a small parking lot behind the post office with 2-3 parking spots. In addition, there are a few parking spots behind the post office and across the street. Prepare to park in the street. You may have to circle the block a few times before finding a spot. It's about time Middletown gets a REAL post office with a parking lot. We've waited long enough.

They give no exceptions or options to PO Box holders who have UPS or FedEx deliveries. Not even a courtesy call or a "heads up". They just refuse and kick it on. First class bureaucratic sloths.

They accept packages meant to be sent to physical address and reship them instead of sending delivery drivers to physical address or holding onto package for PO Box pick up. Their excuse is that those packages need the PO Box, but are ignorant to the fact that some online sellers make you enter a physical address instead of a PO Box. Employees have no sense of customer service.

they won't deliver 6 of my packages they are only available for pick up and i'm disabled and am unable to go get them.
