Always very nice to shop here, everyone is super friendly, and although some of the prices are a bit high, they always have pretty much everything you need and have lots of fresh produce.

I was In Cobb so I came down to do some shopping this was great everything I needed was fresh fruits and they got a built in ACE where I bought 2 fans that I needed for the Cabin I was staying in. Great service with a smile for both sides ACE and Hardsters

Great place, beautiful produce, love the deli choices, love there meat dept. Always fresh and staff always helpful. Just very pricey.
Since 1943, Hardesters has been serving customers in the Southern Lake County area of Northern California. Our three locations provide service to the communities of Middletown, Cobb Mountain and Hidden Valley Lake. The Middletown and Hidden Valley stores are both full service grocery and ACE hardware stores. For over 70 years, Hardester's has been an active partner in the community, lending support to a variety of community events, projects, and organizations. Each summer, Hardesters continues to provide free swim passes for children 12 and under to the Middletown community pool. Hardester's is a past recipient of the Spirit of Lake County award for their caretaker role in the community.
