Brought a cow here for processing. Receipt said it was 660 pounds hanging, and that is the weight I was charged for wrapping. When I picked it up I weighed the boxes of meat and had 330 pounds of meat. Does that sound right to you? You be the judge. No complaints with the wrapping. I've had Deer and Wild Hogs butched by Katherine and Todd for over 40 years. They are great people who take pride in the product they put out. Their smoked hams and ground sausage is to die for. Great people, wouldn't take my game anywhere else. Hope your here for as long as I'm able to bring you business.
