Not sure that the mechanic that serviced my vehicle completely checked all fluids and completed the rotation of my vehicle tires... without viewing service being done. my questioning is I open my hood to look and make sure all lid caps and dip sticks were in place and noticed that nothing look touched cap to Washer reservoir had undisturbed dust on the cap. or any place else on the engine area. plus I had to fill a 1/4 of the washer reservoir or more.. I could be wrong but if that wasn't checked what else did they miss.. rotation of the tires. ..??? Merced Toyota Service Department lost my Confidence..

I came in to have a key made, and was helped by Ricardo Perez. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and even texted me the next day to let me know that the part that I ordered had come in already. When he asked if I knew how much the key would cost, I gave an idea of how much I thought it cost, And without looking it up, he was able to give me a better idea of what their cost actually is. I came in on a busy day, and they still managed to get me out of there in a little over an hour. Thanks, Merced Toyota.

I wanted to purchase a white 2023 toyota 4 runner TRD Pro. I was in touch with Dan. He said I can leave $1000 deposit to reserve one on their in transit list, but I had to come in. He told me it would be a few months. I drove to Merced on a Saturday to leave my deposit via credit card. Hui was my sales associate, Dan was the Sales Manager. Mark up was $2500 compared to the bay area pricing of $14,000+ over msrp.Dan requested that we fill out a form so he can reseve the vehicle. I had several requests throughout California inquiring about white trd pros. No one demanded i come in to put the deposit in like Dan did. He claimed this was a corporate store and they required it. Fine.Dan took that information and ran my credit without my permission. His excuse was, it's too late he did it already! Wtf! That shows an inquiring on my credit report... and those 10 point deduction could drop you from excellent to good! Why would you do that knowing that I would need to run my credit when the truck arrived. Not to mention he decided to point his finger at me when I told him what he did was bullshit!The truck arrived mid may! I put my deposit down late February they said it would only take 8-10 weeks. I sold my two cars in March because I was informed my truck was at the port. I had decided to purchase a different car as they didn't know what was happening at the port. The runner was stuck in limbo for 3 months!The most infuriating part of this was...Dan decided to run my Credit even though I may have paid cash! When I cancelled my transaction, they required that I show up in person 2.5 hours away to present my credit card. When I arrived with my credit card, I asked the sales guy who was helping me, what they had for the last 4 digits he said he didn't know.Why did I have to drive to Merced and see that scandalous/shady typical sales manager Dan... take your business elsewhere...when your sales manager is scandalous, what else would they do behind the scenes before you get into the finance managers office!

Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a RAV4 from this Toyota. I was on a waitlist and I would receive updates if new inventory that may match my wants and it felt good to know I wasn't forgotten. When the time finally came Saira and Ramsin worked wonderfully with me to make sure everything was right with the car, warranty specifics since I commute to and from work and of course financing. They were patient and understanding of my concerns as they came and I truly appreciate them very much. I bought my Toyota Camry at this Toyota about 10 years ago, Ramsin was involved then, I returned for this vehicle and I'm confident many years from now when the time comes I will return again if the same team is there again.

Came in to pick up and finalize the purchase of our new car we'd been waiting on.They offered us financing, we accepted their terms, and we signed paperwork...only to be told that, oops, that financing offer didn't apply to our particular car. Was it just a mistake? Maybe. Did it seem like a scummy, underhanded bait and switch? Absolutely. And with no offer of compensation or even a simple apology.

The sales manager was just rude. The sales lady and I agreed on a price and we're haggling over a couple hundred dollars on a trade in. His attitude and rude response to me asking if he was sure he couldn't come a couple hundred on a trade in lost the sale. Very happy to drive to Fresno to buy the same car. I wanted to keep the money local but change my mine after that the lack of customer service.
