Based on my first time using the pharmacy drive thru window, I would not recommend this pharmacy. I waited in lane 2 for 40 minutes. There was only two other cars in front of me, same as lane one. However, it looks like lane 2 only got served after every 2-3 cars hot served in lane one. By the time I got my medication, 7 cars had already been served from lane one! How is that fair? Anyway, I've been a long time rite aid customer but I guess it's time to take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy is a JOKE. Waited in line as my prescription was ready to er their confirmation I was told that I had to circle back around because it's being counted. The confirmation was from yesterday. I asked to wait as I already exited in line and they told me no I would have to go back thru the drive thru and I can't come back. I'm completely out of my prescription They did not offer any pills to hold me over and made leave the drive thru. Never again

What's going on here? Nothing against Rite Aid, but don't answer the phone for 30 plus minutes?? Is there any protocols in place? Some of us can't access the internet to make changes and have to call things in or send to another pharmacy. Can anyone answer the phone??

I have been waiting for over three hours for a prescription to be filled. The order was sent over by the hospital prior to my sons surgery and rite aid still didn't have it ready. If they needed more information they could have called, emailed or reached out to the hospital. They don't have any idea how long it will take to fill the prescription either. I was told to just give them a number where they can text me when it's ready. Today? Tomorrow? Next week? Meanwhile my son will just have to endure pain for an undetermined time due to the inefficiency we are dealing with. Let's just hope he doesn't pass out from pain while I wait for his meds.

Came here for my 2nd booster shot and it's obvious they care very little about it. Waited for 30min thinking the pharmacist was late or something but when I went back to the pharmacy counter, they said the pharmacist is getting the booster shot ready. Seriously??? It takes 30 minutes????? Next time I'm going else where for any pharmacy related transaction. If they offer Pfizer at CVS or Walgreens or Kaiser, I'm the heading there. It's evident the pharmacist is old school and lack the preparation for his patients. Service: D Quality: C Price: N/A

Veronica, in the pharmacy department, has always delivered fantastic Customer Service for years. She is cheerful, diligent, and always goes beyond the "call of duty." The entire pharmacy department is a pleasure to work with.Sometimes it takes adverse conditions, like the recent health crisis (Covid-19), to make you appreciate the level of help the people a Rite Aid delivers daily. We have shopped there for probably close to a decade and have come to appreciate these people as trusted friends, always ready to help.

The Thrifty ice cream is so good. It would be great if they carried more flavors in the freezer case! I shop here regularly including all of our Rx's. I use automated refills and haven't had any problems, the drive thru is great for picking up your Rx as well as other OTC items, saves having to go inside. Staff is helpful, sometimes I do have to wait in line for a bit when there's only one cashier. They have a decent selection of items, and their sales are excellent especially if you have a coupon. One star off due to them not having the greatest Rx prices with GoodRx, they do honor it, but other pharmacies have way lower prices. I also shop online and am very pleased.

If you want to come get your local thrifty ice cream then this ain't it. The lady with the drawn eyebrows apparently doesn't know how to do her job. Terrible service and very rudely approached my family when buying our ice cream. Also, we asked for pecan ice cream must I mind you, there is only one kind. Didn't know I had to specify "pecan praline".
