This bank is always understaffed. The last three times I've tried to go inside, I've waited a ridiculous amount of time before just giving up and walking out.

They know me when I walk in the door. Very rarely have a line. They have fixed all the issues I've ever had. Great tellers

Waste of time. All they can do is depositing paychecks. They have no knowledge about anything else. They took my money for a card but they don’t know where the money is.

Been depositing checks here regularly to someones account Nothing bad to say....I've always been handled by Sylvia (always there, workaholic works as many hours as I do!!) With the exception of once I've been taken care of quickly and their customer service is great!!! Ample parking. Central location. A+++ rock on yall

My experience with westamerica bank was the worst yet if your looking for a decent bank keep on looking I recommend anywhere else, if you like to stay informative with your bank via www you can't do that with weatamerica bank, their banking system is sub par which leaves me to believe what happened to me and apparently to many other members of west america bank have had their bank account compromised by T mobile.

Rudest, least informed and most unprofessional banking institution we have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Couldn't get our money out of there and in to a credit union fast enough! Beware!
