Really thinking about switching banks do to the fact that the drive thru atm is always out of money Saturday or Sunday you can guarantee it’s out of money..why would the even close the other location this is ridiculous 3:30pm on a Tuesday and you know it ATM IS OUT OF SERVICE it’s almost laughable

we have been lucky if we need to cash out some of our money on a weekend, yesterday it didn't even allowed customers to make cash deposits.

Absolutely the WORST bank. Tellers are allowing friends to cut in front of others in line. Start off with 4 Tellers then wasted an hour waiting in line because they all left to walk around and do nothing but it seems to talk to each other. Very upsetting and took about an hour to exchange a $20 bill. UGH
