Easily the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been forced to use, for six consecutive months they have not had my prescription ready before I run out of pills. Every single time they tell me to come back in an hour, only to still not have it ready even two or three hours later and they tell me to wait another hour. The pharmacy techs are always working hard so it's not their fault but there's never enough people working and nothing is ever ready on time, whoever is managing this joke of a store deserves to be fired because clearly they have no clue what they're doing.

Unable to get through to pharmacy today. I tried four times to get to live person. I was either put on hold super quick without me being able to say wait, or back in que. SIX to ten min each time. I gave up. This is pretty sad for customers to be able to ask questions and get help.

Absolutely not. I waited forever just to get to my turn then waited forever for my medication. Over 30 minute wait. And then on top of that I was asked about ten times to verify my info when I already told them my info. I don’t know what’s going on in there but I can’t even imagine the poor people who are sick waiting and waiting having to sit in a car.

This location is absolutely absurd! It's ALWAYS running out of mental health medication. No wonder violence is out of control in merced. THIS "pharmacy" is a BIG reason why. The workers are rude and NEVER seem to be knowledgeable about what they are talking about. Maybe it's just me and people I know. But this Walgreens isn't up to date with the medication I need. WISH RITE AID NEVER CLOSED!

Never had issues with picking up prescriptions of any pharmacy except this one. They claim that my insurance didn't cover simple pain killers and antibiotics and wanted me to pay with cash. No thanks. Avoid at all costs this walgreens pharmacy.

Reaching the pharmacy on the phone is frustrating and time consuming. It would be easier to reach the president of the United States for a personal chat than it is to reach this pharmacy for a prescription refill. Inefficient techs and this place is impossible to reach over the phone. Pharmacist seems knowledgeable but that only benefits me if I get the medication refill I’ve called and waited on hold 5 times for (with no resolution).

Excellent service by Mariah. She helped me at the photo area and helped me ordered a poster and also told me about a discount that I didn’t know of. Thanks to her I was able to get what I needed at a good price!
