if you are discharged from a hospital and you use Walgreens to have the prescription filled you might have to wait up to two days for it to be filled and forget using the automated phone line as I have waited up to 25 minutes to having been told I still had one call ahead of me so I used another phone and finally spoke to a tech who told me the same thing it's been worked on so I told her just be honest will it be filled today n she said no tomorrow so two days without a Ned that is very important to patient who needs it to regulate kidney function as patient stage 4 kidney failure. So please research which pharmacy you want to use.

This should be a two-star review, because this Walgreens was just about the saddest I've ever seen. They had the said yellowish lighting, the aisles of banged up goods, and the feeling of despair was thick enough to touch. I'd hate to come to this place to work at anytime, but to do it on a daily basis? Whew!!!But they have the third star because I walked away with the makeup pads that I was looking for. That's the only reason why they get the extra star. But this store was hard to find/get into and once I was on my way out, the relief was palpable. So get in, get out, and get on with your day as quick as you can.

Big shout out to Sara at the Walgreens on R street! The store was closed due to flooding but the pharmacy drive thru was open. We needed pics that were printed for my grandsons project and she got them for us! Lifesaver girl!

Essential prescription and it takes them 2 weeks to fill it. Came in every 3 days and each time it's like they are surprised o learn it's not been filled, take no responsibility, don't apologize, and treat me like it's my fault. Thought, okay, this might be a fluke but happened again the following my month. Tried to change my pharmacy but the doctor was out of town so thought, okay another try. They filled it. I thought, okay maybe they've figured it out. Next month? Nope. Another 7-10 days to get it filled. Save yourself the stress, trouble, and time. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else but here. (Waits are also absurdly long so each of those visits when it's not ready is at least an hour out of your day). Picking up subscriptions should not feel like an abusive relationship.

They are good for standard meds but I always feel they are judging me because I have to take medication for extreme pain, muscle spasms, ect. Other then that they are a good pharmacy the best in town .

I've been on the phone now for an hour with the pharmacy trying to get a human being to speak with me. Every ten minutes I'll get a ring then a girl quickly picks up the phone and puts it back on hold. They've been hanging up on me for over an hour. I've been desperately trying to get information on my meds but I've never experienced this kind of disgraceful customer service. Someone over there is purposely ignoring the phone calls. If I could I would drive there and scream at every employee for being a bunch of clowns

Worse pharmacy to go to. Made me wait over an hour. Kept telling me she was "finishing up" but kept me waiting longer and longer Just refill or get it somewhere else this place is incompetent. The workers don't care about the patients

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS. Horrible, pictures were too dark and we were told by the passport location that we could submit and it might just pass. Hmmm! 15.00 to chance it?? Went to the G street location - they even said it was too dark.

2 stars because the woman was actually nice about it. I liked her she had good customer service. I called earlier to ask if I could return an Easter basket that isn't opened, and I have my receipt. On the phone she said yes so I said ok I'm just asking because here on G st Walgreens they said I couldn't. She goes on to say that she changed her mind and I can't anymore because I might just return it and buy it again on markdown. Yes! She actually accused me of doing that! In person she was nice though and said it's because it's seasonal. Why say yes on the phone then..

Walgreens has always been reliable in my book. From the poeple to their web site. Can't believe how other places can't even post the right times on their website. At a time of need you need someone reliable and not get the run around....?
