We were very satisfied with our experience at the Merced mall Verizon store. We were greeted promptly and professionally by Brandon. He took great care of our needs. He was efficient and helpful. His coworkers were also helpful. Everyone were super personable and friendly.

It’s so great to go into this store rather than the really busy corporate Verizon stores. I usually go to the Apple store for phones because the staff is so knowledgeable but this will be my new go to phone shopping place.

I've used Victra Verizon dealers for years including this store. I'm forced to use Verizon for coverage reasons. The best way I can describe my experience is that it's like negotiating with a border guard in some Latin American country. That is to say no matter how many times you explain what you want it is always misinterpreted. When you inevitably have problems they leave out key details about the return windows and just try to upsell you on data plans. By the time you know what has happened your past return windows with a defective device. To cap it off expect to have random charges on your bill. I'm convinced the employees upgrade people's accounts without askong just to make sales numbers. The employees are nice but you can't believe anything they say. If you go there just expect them to actively screw you over behind your back. Never been but I feel like the store has a similar vibe to divorce court. If it wasn't bad enough they tell you to call corporate and corporate tells you to call them. If they were any worse people would be going to jail for fraud. They constantly lie by omission and they continue to sell products that are known to be defective rather than working out the issue with the manufacturer.
