Thank you Ashley! I had to rush to the store to get a replacement SIM card since our phone was “lost” then “found” a few blocks down, thank you Merced County Sheriff.
I wasn’t happy to pay $10 for SIM card, but thankful for the quick assistance. Great experience, during a difficult situation.

We went to this location to look at information about upgrading 2 lines and adding a new line that's how we met Marcus we ended up adding a new line and he said they wouldn't charge us the activation fee and they did charge us the activation fee we contacted verazion and they said that we needed to go to the store and they had to do something on their end and that they would refund or credit it back to the account its been 3 bills after that and nothing but this wasn't the bad experience we had with Marcus he was kind that time but didn't want to do anything in his part to refund the activation fee so that ends there we went back to upgrade our line and Ashley helped us out she order new phones because they didn't have them in stock so she called yesterday June 6 to tell us the phones showed up if we wanted to pick them up but we weren't in town we live 1 hour alway from this location so we told her we can make it on June Friday the 7th she said she wouldn't be there but anyone there can help us with the upgrade of the lines when we showed up Marcus was there and he said he couldn't help us because the phones were locked in Ashley's personal safe and that he didn't know the code honestly sounds to me like he didn't want to deal with us we told him that she said any one could help and he kept making excuses we told him that we drove an hour alway and he didn't care he said that he couldn't fine or do anything for us that we had to come back Monday when Ashley was back so we called corporate and they told us he was lying about not been able to help us amd that they don't have individual safes for all the workers I told him if he can call his manager he said he was the manager so now we are just going to cancel the upgrades and go to a different location

Online store hours show closing at 9pm. Drove from 30 minutes away only to find out that they are closed. Fix your hours online so people don't waste their gas.

Well the associate was very nice but my phone is defective it would not ring once I go home about 1 week ago. Extremely annoyed at this time and I’ve called the help line they have no clue how remedy this problem.

Honestly I’ve never been inside of this location. I called because some people came to my door trying to sell Verizon services. I told them I wasn’t interested and they came back multiple times. I called the store phone number and they have the 800 number screening their calls. I got put on hold three times and when I finally got the store, the representative had a terrible attitude. I’d rather keep my xfinity with constant outages than to deal with the bad customer service from Verizon. Further more, I have a sign on my door that says NO SOLICITATION or SALES. If your employees also can’t read, that further drives my point to not want your services.

The rep was extremely friendly and helpful. My issue is with the bill. I purchased devices and cases. He helped set up all my devices without asking me if I needed him too and without notifying of a $25-$35 set up fee for EACH device! He didn’t tell me the price of cases and screen protectors are astronomical now. When I asked how much I was paying for everything he mumbled the price in a very low voice and I could have sworn he said $60.60. I thought “wow great deals today!” Then he said my old chargers wouldn’t work so I purchased new boxes.
He folded my receipt and placed it in the bag without asking me if I wanted to see it. When I signed for my charges, the balance was no where to be seen.
Two days later, my bank account was hit for $660!
If I had known I would have made changes!!!! I would have set up three devices on my own, and my old charging equipment works!!! It’s not that old!
Where he could have saved me money, he made money off me. I tried contacting Victra, no help.
Again, the employees are extremely friendly, but I feel I was bamboozled.
