Absolutely disgusting service!!! Cancel the AI and get real people to talk to. The AI is wasting time and is not helpful at all and keep sending me to help pages or a random link, when I repeatedly ask for customer service and in agents.

The workers here are always kind. I drop off a lot of packages on a weekly basis and have yet to have one lost or not checked in. Always are welcoming when I come in as well. My mail lady always drops off my packages with kindness at my doorstep or in the parcel containers at our mailboxes. I can tell she cares and I appreciate that so much.

I sent my daughter in 5 minutes after to drop off a package and one of the workers. There's sarcastically shaking her finger back-and-forth. All she could have did was go up to my daughter and tell her sorry. We are close. Please come back tomorrow. Don't appreciate it. This is why I'm leaving this review.

They we’re supposed to deliver a package CLEARLY too big for the community mailbox we have here in the neighborhood and they couldn’t drop it off at the house instead they leave a note saying my mail box was full when they could’ve drove less than 40ft to put it on my porch. On top of that I’ve been waiting for my new card that was priority mail and should’ve been here over 3-4 days ago and still I haven’t received anything.

Well, you wait in a line, of course, but more staff came in shortly to help customers. Each staff member dealt with their customers patiently and courteously, which sometimes involved one or more trips to the back area -two of them for me, so my patience was also required, but my issue was resolved shortly and I was able to go on my merry way.

They NEVER answer their local phone number. Also they need to train their Sunday delivery drivers to deliver to the right address! I live in Mariposa, CA and on Sundays the delivery driver delivers Amazon packages out here to Mariposa. Mine was marked as delivered but never was! I called my local post office and tracked it and they said it was delivered to the wrong side of the building! And not in front of my door! Package is probably stolen now! Thanks

Most of the time, this office is busy. And there's a clerk that I always hope to not get service from because she's waaaay too chatty. FYI: It's hardly ever busy at the 18th st. PO, the aesthetics are way more pleasant & the regular clerk is kind, efficient & gets you in & out w/out any fuss.

If you are shipping out anything expensive (designer, jewelry & etc) do not ship from usps they will keep your package and when you show up they’ll say “they can’t do anything about it just to wait” it’s worth paying more to fedex or ups so that way your package gets shipped.

I have been sending packages for some time and since May I have already received two packages that do not scan and I have not been able to recover them, I cannot make a claim, they say they will look for it more, the month has passed and nothing, they only returned the shipping and the package is still there, I imagine. The most recent one that they did not scan was June 12, there is still no response
