They never fail to notify me, I've been with this UPS store for 3yrs now. They basically know who's calling when they hear my voice. They're like family, outstanding customer service. Love Mike, Melanie, Alex.

Half of he employees listen to management very close and try to push sales of boxes and packing supplies. With the first. Employee, my pack was going to be $40+, and with one older guy, it was only $14. It was expensive as hell, I think, but what is chip now a days.

I went to ship some documents still here in California 8 days ago, I even paid for overnight shipping & those documents are now lost. Ive tried making a claim but I am unable to.

I just really absolutely love this location!! I was greeted by everyone when I walked in with smiling faces. I was helped by Alex and another associate (I did not catch her name...sorry). I had 2 Amazon items to return but was given 2 separate drop off return locations. My phone reception was not up to par and Alex helped me log onto their (free) wifi to help my phone out. After pulling up my bar codes Alex was able to cancel my 2nd location package return and processed both at this location. On top of being hot, frazzled and out of sorts I left relaxed and happy I could go back home and enjoy my a/c all thanks to Alex for going out of her way to help me!! I cannot thank you all enough!!

My first time there. I was greeted by Alex and she was so friendly, helpful I did not feel rushed. She also answered a few questions that I asked of her. It was nice to have a friendly employee. ?

I came in this afternoon and I was greeted by a gentleman and a woman working behind the counter. They were both welcoming and kind. I was returning an Amazon item and this was my first time dealing with such transaction.Both worked so well together. The gentleman took my order, weighed it then put a label on it after he scanned the barcode from my phone. While he explained what was to happen next the woman took the box and wrapped it properly. Unfortunately I did not catch either of their names but they were ever so kind.I got a receipt and he explained that my tracking number was on it. I thanked them both and walked out and into my car. As I put my seat belt on, I saw an older gentleman walking up to the store and as I tried to remove my seat belt to run and open the door for the elderly man I looked up and behold the gentleman that helped me behind the counter was already opening the door for the elderly man. I was so struck with such gratitude. I don't know who to thank. Their parents for raising such wonderful genuine adults, the 2 staff members for being so sweet and genuine or the store for hiring the 2 most professional and generous employees they ever could have. Either way. Thank you!! That was a great experience I had and such a treat to watch unfold!!

BEWARE!!! So i paid to have an item shipped at this store. I boxed the item myself, and the lady asked if I wanted extra insurance for this item. So the value of this item was more than the standard insurance that it came with, so I paid up to the $1000.00 insurance, which would cover the cost of the item if lost or broken.. I wanted to feel at ease. But when the item gor to the buyer , it cracked a part of this item, I informed the buyer to send it back as I bought insurance for this item. So I go back to the store, show the lady the receipt, and she tells me insurance doesn't cover this. I asked why? She claims that insurance only covers what they package? So you had no problem offering and selling the insurance to me, but did not want to tell me the " fine print, so to speak" so I asked for the manager at the time. I asked for clarification, basically she told me the same thing, my problem was that why would you sell something to me as the " customer " and not explain what/when/ how the insurance works, your business has no problem taking my money, but don't want to give it back when things are paid for! I thought this was WAY WRONG. BUT they were nice and courteous to take my money.SO I was out the item, shipping there and back, as well as the extra insurance I paid for...

This place is a Fkkn JOKE!... worst customer service ever. Everyone there seems like they hate their job and hate life!.... I'd rather Drive to the ups store in Atwater than to ever deal with the disrespectful staff you have. At least there you get smiles, jokes and laughter, or even a "HI How are you doing?" I will Never return and I will make sure I let my friends and family know how Crappy your business is. Zero stars if I could!....
