Made an appointment to cut my hair. Asked the hairstylist to cut my hair a bit shorter, but was asked to go back to the waiting area as she needed to take another customer. I made an appointment, can’t understand why she has to take another customer before finished cutting my hair. Super disappointed in their service!

I used the online queue and the person before me wasn’t there, so they got me moved up. Fast and looks good. They keep your haircut on file, so I can just say “same as last time”. My first choice for haircuts.

Very upsetting! I was a walk in they set a time for me to come in at 345 and I was completely OK with that but when I went back at 345 they still had 3 people in the chairs not done yet and then 3 people ahead of me why make an appointment with me and tell me to come back if you couldn't see me when you said and of course I couldn't wait because I had other things todo y'all really need to work on that!
