“So far so good. I'm newly renting a unit but so far anything has been good. Good service. Good and friendly service in the office. I'm satisfied so far with everything. I wish they had one or two dumpsters on each end of the units for their renters to utilize but other than that all good so far.”
“Cheap propane. Call ahead u have NO WORRIES. Best selection of rental trucks I've seen on a lot. Trucks several kinds of trailers the boxes u can pack they pick up. I've only ever seen this place busy. Usually the gal is the only one there. She busts her button. I call if there's no answer they're too busy.”

“Susie and Andrew were so nice and welcoming. The front office is beautiful and they have everything you need to pack and store belongings safely, even locks! Susie was great with explaining everything to me and gave a nice tour of the facilities, helping with the keypad entry and exit. The facilities are spotless and the rental unit is very clean and well lit. Thank you!”

“Been storing at the Merced G St. property for a couple months now and it has been a great experience. The property is very clean and well kept. The manager Lorin is very helpful & answers all questions without hesitation. The sign up process was very easy because he takes the time to go over everything with you. I'll be recommending his property to my friends & family.”
“In summary, it felt professional yet still caring like a small town business. A friend I helped through rough times had a storage unit here and I worked with them to pay for the unit and eventually empty it out. I have worked with a quite a few storage units through my work and this is one of the best ones I’ve seen. The units are well-built, secure, and did well protecting the contents from the weather. The buildings and grounds were well maintained and clean. The wide aisles were also nice. The best part for me were the staff. The woman in the office (maybe Barbara but I can’t recall) was amazing to work with. She did a great job balancing being professional and following the guidelines while also being personal enough to help during a difficult situation for the unit owner. She made it easy to handle things remotely since I don’t live in Merced. The man doing the maintenance was also very helpful and personable.”
