This check the receipt thing is old. I was the only customer, and they thought I could just steal something from there to the door. Which there is just a clear space. Another store I will not be going to again.

Staff isn’t helpful. Apparently the staff “cannot touch the merchandise after it has been purchased” doesn’t matter if its heavy item. Doesn’t matter if you are literally asking them to help you. They are okay for you to return the item but nahhhh they won’t TOUCH it. If you are going to buy some big item get some muscles first. Poor customer service.

A guy from lost and prevention followed me and my baby throughout store. I did not say anything, paid and left. Outside the store when I was parking, same guy points his cell phone my way, I dont know if he was filming. Several questions come to my mind: how do you choose who to follow? Is it legal to film a baby or take pictures without consent? Is it legal to follow people around for no particular reason? All this was very upseting.

I came by tonight to try and get some Christmas shopping done and My God!! The whole store was cluttered. A bunch of hangers and clothes on the floor,, the make up section was so unorganized,. There was a bunch of toys on the floor and not on the shelves. I have never been in a dirty store like this one. Literally all the aisles had stuff on the floor or had stuff blocking your way to walk through. I’m really appalled with my experience today and wish this store was much cleaner and organized. I wish I didn’t have to even leave 1 star for my review. If I’m being honest my rate for grading this store would be a Negative -5 stars ⭐️
