Ron Smith GMC always does the best job of repair and helping us maintain our vehicles. When we took our truck home, we noticed that our mpg had increased and it is saving us money. We are always happy with the job they do on our vehicles.

Horrible place to go for first time buyers as every other dealership they do what they do to sell you something sold me a lemon and wouldn't help now I have a repo on my record worst place ever. Lesson learned I hope everyone stays away. They make it sound great and work together well selling you what you feel is a great vehicle but slowly and surely it will crumble. Also having a large family has really put a hold up in my life and my career due to my vehicle being a lemon sold by them . But anything to get that money no matter who's life they are messing up Thanks Ron Buick your service was excellent ?

I highly recommend salesperson Jose Trevino from Ron Smith GMC. I contacted him for help looking for a new vehicle with specific requirements (color, trim package, etc) within a specific price range.
He did everything he could to find something that worked with my specifications, touching base with me every few days, even offering to go over and bring a vehicle from another dealership in the Bay Area, or offering to come to me with a possible vehicle at his dealership to test drive, as I live a ways away and did not have a vehicle due to being hit by another driver.
I wound up selecting a vehicle with another dealership local to me because of my job, but I had full confidence that, given a little more time, Jose would have matched me with my dream vehicle.

What truly stood out was the efficiency and professionalism of the entire team. They promptly attended to my vehicle, and the repair was completed ahead of the estimated time. During the short wait, I was comfortable in their well-appointed lounge, making the experience pleasant and stress-free.
Furthermore, the dealership went above and beyond by providing a complimentary car wash, and providing me with a detailed report on my vehicle's health. This level of thoroughness and care was deeply appreciated.
Overall, Ron Smith GMC demonstrated what exceptional service truly means.
