There are slumlords, and on the opposite end of the spectrum is the exceptional team at Rental Zebra. Cristen Fazal and all the members of the property management company go above and beyond for their tenants.Their communication is clear, knowledgeable and friendly.We recently had two unexpected issues at our house, and they were handled professionally and timely. The contractor was a great person, as well.I can recall a time when we lost power on a freezing January day, and Cristen called me personally to let me know a technician was on his way to get the matter solved. It was a comforting phone call, and we appreciated it immensely.It’s a relief to have a landlord we can trust. Thank you!

I began working with Rental Zebra when they first purchased rental properties in the Portland metro area. I was told my estimate for the first maintenance project I conducted was accepted because I was the first to respond. It turns out, timing is so critical for Rental Zebra. I was told what they were looking for in a maintenance contractor in our first conversations. We formed a strong business relationship immediately.Rental Zebra has excellent systems in place for owners, renters and contractors to communicate and conduct the maintenance work needed on their properties. They also have the desire to produce a well maintained and affordable property, allowing renters to have a high quality rental experience and for contractors to continue wanting to work with them year after year. Rental Zebra truly cares about everyone’s experience!
