this is a great property management , if something is wrong in house they are fast to get it taken car of,

Great property management company to rent with. Friendly staff and no complaints here. Work orders usually get taken care of within good time frame too. Online portals to pay rent and submit work orders make things very easy too. I would recommend them over other property management companies in Merced.

Anytime something needs repair they are on it. I mean within a day! They are very responsive and always show great customer service. Very happy
