Inquired about a car, they advertise about msrp pricing, they don't honor it. They came back car I asked for had a "stop sale" . Came back with other or same car for 3-5k extra off sticker price they advertise on their site. Very unprofessional . I definitely don't recommend just another typical dealership with bait and switch tactics

I was helped by FRANK when I purchased my vehicle he seemed very helpful an friendly until it was time to purchase the vehicle he became very pushy an when it came time to answer important questions he avoided speaking to me an sent his coworker to speak to me that had zero knowledge of anything I was asking .. after buying the car because of lack of information I needed from him he left me in a horrible financial situation. Basically was lied to an I'm paying way over price value because he just wanted to make a sale . I would never recommend this place or him again !!! After I went back in to pick up my spare keys a few days later, I was approached on the sales floor. Once they knew I had already purchased a car. They left me unattended for 15 minutes and did nothing to help me until I approached them another time.

Really nice when they want to sell you a car obviously but when it comes to telling them about one of your concerns they change the topic and totally ignore you. Young short lady with glasses and curly hair is awfully rude horrible attitude. I went in with my dad about a concern we had and totally ignored me when I talked to her and would only talk to my dad and acted like I didn't exist. At that point I should've just talked to the wall because that's what it felt like I was talking to since I wasn't getting a response back from her. I don't recommend.

They gave me a great deal on my Ford Bronco. Right when I thought the deal was over they come back and hit me with an excellent offer and delivered the car to me the same day.

Spoke to William at Razzari ford. He is trying to hustle me on a last years super duty for nearly 7k over msrp. They are taking advantage of the shortage of trucks on the market. Very sad. I will be sending an email to the state board, BBB, and dmv investigating office.

Finally got my Ford Maverick! This is the 2nd car I bought here. Great sales team and open to friendly and professional negotiations. Willing to work a fair deal. Would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a Ford or Any other car they have.

My fiancé, and I went to just look!!!!! We left with a Tesla 2021 model 3! my Fiancé turned in his Prius 2015! Let me tell you, we all already know going to a dealership is stressful or can be! But this was one of the best stress free trade in I have EVER dealt with! Ivan was our sales rep and did amazing! We didn't feel rushed and didn't feel like he just wanted the sale! Highly recommend him!!!

I have been interested in purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time now, but I have been very unsure of what I wanted. Nick from Razzari Ford was extremely helpful & kind enough to keep me updated on new/used inventory. After educating me on many different vehicles, we came across one I fell in love with. Throughout the entire finance process the dealership was so kind and understanding of all of my needs. Took my 2021 Ford Expedition to get an oil change and when to pick it up after work didn't make it home the truck was burning and back firing call them and they just kept transferring me and it happen to be a Friday so the service department was close even though they close at 6pm so I had to wait till Monday so long story short my car is done they told me it needs a new engine because instead of charging the oil they just filled it up with more oil and drowned my engine so now they were supposed to set me up with a car rental and the manager was at lunch (Westin service manager) so they were to call me later to get a car rental well it's Wednesday no car rental no call back mean while I'm careless and they don't care. Don't take your ford here to get service you will regret it.

If I could give Razzari negative stars I would. If you are looking for an ethical car dealership Razzari FORD will never be the place to shop. I must be insane for continuing to give them a chance. I finally have had enough. Your arrogant sales managers who can't take accountability for not properly training their sales people and giving them the proper information. The guy who helped us all day unfortunately lost the sale because of the sales managers. We had to walk away from the deal. Our sales guy did the best he could with the information he was given. I don't blame him. But lying and scare tactic from the managers is unacceptable! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH RAZZARI FORD ever again! They are the worse!
