Razzari is the worst dealership in the Central Valley! They put a ding in my new car and tried to conceal it and not tell me. I saw it right away and told them I wasn't taking delivery off until it was fixed! They fixed it only to break another piece of the bumper and this time I didn't notice until I changed my oil. When I called them about it I got the run around from the manager to the service department. I will never buy anything from this place again. I will however continue to put them on blast and give them bad reviews for as long as I live! If I could give them negative stars I would. Middle finger up for this scumbag organization!

My mistake for thinking they got better years after they had my wifes jeep for three months and caused extra damage. That cost me another $1500 to have fixed with another mechanic. This time they had my ram for two days and called to let me know they didn't know why it had no brakes still. They were absolutely willing to run up the insane price tag for exploration but no way! I still have no brakes and their Dodge Tech has no idea why after charging me to shoot in the dark with guesswork replacement. Be sure and talk to Weston so he can offer a detail job as compensation like he did for my wifes Jeep. I love my Dodge trucks but Razzari is definitely not a place for anything other than robbery. The joke is on me for going back!

Myles and Larry were both awesome. Quick process, good price on the truck and answered all our questions.

I drove to Razzari on July 5th to purchase a 2018 Chevy Volt. The buying experience was fine - Myles was very friendly and helpful. On July 20th, however, I had to get a jump at the airport because the 12-V starter battery was dead. Upon driving home, it was still dead - it hadn't charged at all during the drive. After measuring a voltage of 4.5V, I called Razzari and learned "oh yeah, we had to jump the battery just before showing you the vehicle." I took the vehicle into a dealership and they said the battery was bad. As the issue was clearly present at the time of the purchase, I would have thought it would be a no-brainer and that Razzari would have reimbursed me for the cost of the battery. But instead they said it is a used car and there is no warranty with the purchase. Very poor customer service to sell a car with a known issue and not make it right when the problem shows its head within 2 weeks of purchase!!!Update: David took care of the issue. So overall pleased with the outcome and the vehicle. Price was good!

What a bunch of clowns. Emailed asking what their best financed price was on a vehicle. I was ready to drive down this weekend. The "salesman" (and I put that very loosely) quoted me higher than what their website had listed. I emailed back asking if he was serious and if he actually quoted me higher than their website listing... No response back. Great sales tactic.

Just bought my first truck 1500 RAM. The team got me a great finance deal on my new family truck. Thanks to Jordan and Lean for hooking me up.

Horacio at Razzari was super nice and friendly, got me to the car I was looking for, was quiet during our test drive, got our paperwork done fast with little hassle. Overall a great car buying experience.

Went to browse for a car today, and was helped by Fernando. I felt absolutely no pressure and he was able to answer all my questions. This was the first time I've ever felt zero pressure from a salesman. If you go to razzari Chrysler for a car, ask for Fernando. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I'll be heading back to make my purchase SOON!

Avoid this place like the plague.Buyer beware. Take your business elsewhere.Last time I was here, they couldn't figure out that the issue with the car was a spark plug... they held the car for over 2 weeks, didn't fix it and made me pay $2,500Took it to a different mechanic and they figured it out. This time I had several issues with the car and asked for a diagnosis. Seems like there are several things that need to be fixed... fine but then they quoted me $7,500 which was more than I bought the car for... so I said no, how much to just take it home. Jim said $750... then later calls my wife and says he misquoted me and it would be $1,500...So I go to pick up the car and they forgot to give me back the whole key. When I tried to call someone about this, service sent me to voicemail several times and then said to try coming by tomorrow morning, because people are off work at 5pm, I called them at 4:25pm... .Update 2/11/23Showed up to see if they can find my key. James said "check the center console, we may have put it in there..." checked and nope... checked the possible spots, nothing... they have my key and I want it back. I was told if they can't find it they will cut me another one. I get better responses in person. They were able to make a replacement key from my other key. It only took a few hours out of my Saturday morning.I don't like to dis on local businesses, but don't treat me in a way where I have to warn other customers.Buyers beware!Leaving 2 stars, but should really only be one.

They took 2 weeks to actually get communication back on my vehicle just to find out they are barely doing a tear down to find the issue. They don't ask if you need a rental you have to call and find out on your own. They don't communicate or call back as they say. Terrible service wouldn't buy or service my vehicle here again. There excuse is that their are other cars waiting for months.... Like I care about that and it's my problem, that's the companies issues not mine. Slow service, no system in place. Terrible please don't take your vehicle here

Made an appointment to get the oil changed on my vehicle. After waiting twenty minutes the service tech took the vehicle that came after me for the same service. When I asked the service clerk what happened all I was told was "they must have forgotten about yours on accident". When I told him there's a reason I made an appointment he just said, I'll check right now. But he was helping another customer out. I then told him to let me know if they're not going to have time so I can take my vehicle to another dealership, and instead of saying they'll take care of it he says it's up to you. Apparently they don't know what customer service is. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This is a very crappy, small and non-service oriented dealership. Not sure why it's even open.

Run for the hills people! This place will rip you off before you even know what just happened. They got me to agree to a monthly payment, only to find out they added GAP, eching, and the extended warranty without my knowledge. Upon signing all the paperwork I discovered their bait and switch and the additional $4500 in fees. The steal (I mean sale) was off after this. If you care at all about your money, look elsewhere. They said it's my fault... hahaha, right.

Cheap! When I say cheap I don't mean their prices I mean their management. I gave them my info they ran it gave me a ridiculous rate when I said take the rate down or give a couple grand off the truck they said no. Fine, next day I get an email from them so I call them saying hey I got an email from you guys did anything change? As in are you striking a deal with me? The manager very seriously said I helped with your deal yesterday and no nothings changed then hung up, A manager? You believe a manager gets the customer on the phone and not want to strike any deal, instead hang up on the customer? Mind you I had to drive 3 hours to pick up the truck as "they don't deliver" lol Fkn trash dealership- don't waste your time and money real dealers fight for your business, chip/car shortage or not, even in these times they try to make something happen, these guys don't give a s*** about your business so better to give your hard earned money to someone else not these unprofessionals, they should be selling horse carriages not Jeep's. Ruined my whole buying experience. I hate people wasting my time especially after doing a credit check. At this point I'll just wait for the bronco, especially after Jeep's cheap a** charges for everything that's standard on other cars. I'm disgusted of the Jeep brand as a whole now. From it's Headquarters all the way to its dealers all trash.
