Do NOT buy the chicken from Rancho, it is not sourced responsibly and is full of hormones. It’s obvious because their chicken is extremely oversized and when cooked has a chewy texture.

I really liked coming to eat at this place until today.I ordered a green chile burrito and they literally put 4 pieces of pork without sauce and it was full of rice and onion.What a bad vibe.If there is no more, let them know to order another meat.The other carnitas burrito we ordered was well done.$9.99 +tax lost. I hope someone reads this and doesn't waste almost an hour of their paycheck wasting it here.

I ordered the nachos and made sure to ask what goes on it. Of course, first thing they say is cheese. This is what I got. I went up and told them they didn't put nachos cheese on my nachos and they said no they put melted white cheese. How are these nachos without the nacho cheese? Why didn't they mention this when I asked what goes on them? I ended up buying a side of nachos cheese.

Ordered trays for Christmas Eve. Had Verde, Pazole,Rice,Beans and a Dozen Tamales. My only issue was the Chicken Bones in the tamales. Very disappointed. Bones were in 4 out of the 12 tamales. Have never had this happen before. Out of convenience I bought everything there. If you aren't removing bones it needs to be disclosed.

Good store. Nice employees. Saw a mean lady being rude to cashier over a bag. MAM! ITS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT AT ANY STORE YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY OR BAD LIFE. don't take it on on them! Shop somewhere else if you hate it that much and take your Karen attitudes elsewhere.

It's always a toss of a coin when it comes to their meat, at the meat counter. I've had to return chicken, pork and oysters, multiple times, due to them being spoiled. When i worked at Walmart we were not allowed to leave refrigerated food out for more then 20min. Rancho leaves their meat in plastic containers for who knows how long. And that's where they grab the meat you ask for. But even the items in the glass where you can see has been spoiled. That's why they get 2 stars only, most items are pretty cheap. And cashiers are very nice.

8/23 @ 3pm The Guy at the Salsa Bar area was very rude he was very disrespectful to Some Hispanic people when I approached the counter he stated to me “ These people from Mexico and white trashy people are the most uneducated people I can’t stand them we Latinos born here girl are the best you feel me” I said “No and your wrong judging people” Worker was reported I’m disgusted by this he needs training or work somewhere else I hope this gets taken care of.
