The “manager” liz was very rude at 9am on Sunday 11/10/24
Shouted at me they don’t take cash and was very rude and aggressive for no reason
Not sure if she was having a bad day or what
Just cuz u hate ur job don’t take it out on others

I take the back roads so my SUV gets dirty. The wash was great to get rid of dirt and bugs. The free vacuum afterward worked fantastic on dog hair and child crumbs!

The staff is nice however it is ridiculous that they ask for a tip for doing nothing. Their machines wash the car with no extra thought and care provided by the staff. The dryers suck at actually drying the car. When going into the wash it smelled like fart.

Be aware! It scratches your car. My sister went in and her entire bumper came off. Those machines are too aggressive. Avoid this car wash at all costs, there better ones in town.

My wife got hit here by an unlicensed Driver that wasn’t a citizen of this great nation they said they couldn’t provide the footage and my Insurance need to subpoena there corporate office in another state u are By no means protected as a Consumer little lone the property we Work hard for and pay taxes for If I were u I’d go to Pro shine they pull u out one at a time Wipe car down Please leave a tip to those kids They do a fine job..

If you are involved in an accident at this place. There is no help getting the video. To prove you weren’t the party at fault. Police won’t even come to make a report because it’s private property. You or your vehicle aren’t protected here. I will never give this place my business again!

My daughter comes here often. I have often come with when she brings her car to wash. She's not allowed to wash it where she lives. My husband washes ours at home. However, if I had to wash my vehicle at a car wash, would bring it here. They do a good job on my daughter's vehicle.

Mr. car wash on 16th and Rst in Merced California are not gonna get good ratings from me. I was in a car accident that I shouldn’t have been in. I so happen to being a dispute that I had no knowledge of and to have no managers work on weekends and then not have clear images of any type of accidents. If you need a license plate number, I think they should update their cameras and train well managers, and have an actual main manager on weekends not a keyholder. This is the worst spot to be at in case of an accident.
