Ok so I have had a few problems with this store. The last time I went in there I went have my phone turned off. Then to be added to somebody else's account to save me some money. The girl behind the counter takes the phone and goes to pull my cover off my protective cover off my phone and breaks it. Doesn't say anything to me about it. I heard it snap when she did it and I didn't realize that she broke it. But she didn't bother to say anything at all. I think she should pay for that. Or replace it. That's 35 bucks that I'm going to be out for another cover cuz she didn't say anything. That's just messed up. they keep doing things like that down there. tried to charge me to activate a phone that I got through my insurance. which is fee free activation when you get it through your insurance. They don't tell people that but it is.

Definitely the worst experience I've had at a cellular store in Merced and I can't really think of a worse store anywhere! (And I used to live in Russia!) The only cellular stores I would go to in Merced are the AT&T shops and maybe Verizon but Verizon Merced doesn't have the best selection. Best go to Turlock to get what you want.For repairs in Merced, go to The Cellphone Doctor near Savemart for inexpensive and fast service. I've never been unhappy with their service!

the service sucks. half the time I half no signal and the other half its so slow its aggravating. you have installed your crappy aps on my phone and update them continuously that Your trying to force me to upgrade my phone. won't happen, my family is taking their business elsewhere. metro pcs stands for metro piece of crap service.

Very nice location to accommodate where I live. Employees are super helpful especially Rachel she had a very nice attitude and had the patience to help me for what my issue was with my phone.

I Went In Around 5:30ish Today To Try And Switch My Phone Service To Another Phone And Was Told It Was $26 When It Has Always Been $15. I've Switched My Phone Over Before And Even Over The Phone It Says It's $15. Then I Asked To Remove My High Security Pass-code And She Said She Couldn't Do It. She Was No Help At All. I Will Never Go Back To This MetroPCS Store Horrible Service. Rude Employee.
