New owners in April 2024 do not go here! Big scam going on. After eight great years with MetroPCS, these people have undone customer service in less than two weeks! Do not answer phone, do not call back have been waiting for replacement phone and these people are saying they don’t have to honor the old deal because they just bought the place end of April. .
Too bad. MetroPCS has been so faithful. Terrible to see these people come in. Stay away from Olive Street metro PCS. If you have to use them to get everything in writing, and get their full first and last names.

The afternoon I went, a boy helped me very kindly, he helped me install my cell phone sim and he programmed it and installed it. Very good service. I hope this boy lasts working there longer.

Bad attitude. Went to cricket, big difference between metro who only wants money and don’t care about the customers, and cricket who cares about both equally. Gave metro they phone back too.

I went in looking to upgrade my phone and when I walked in the guy working there didn't acknowledge me and kept assisting other people. I waited 10 minutes, still no acknowledgement. I ended up walking out and since I struggle with anxiety and depression it's going to be awhile before I try again.

The workers here are very nice but the service is by far the worst than I have ever had I do not recommended there service but at least the phones are good
