They fired everyone at 9pm on our “Paid day off” through an email & then gave us issues retrieving our checks (checked ids) as if we weren’t the ones just “laid off”. & BEST OF ALL, they didn’t allow us into the store to gather our personal belongings. Then got aggressive with me when I said I’d bring an officer if I had to. I still haven’t received my MacBook charger 3 days later lol

When they first opened this store near Grocery Outlet is when I started doing business with them and have been with him ever since. Good advice and comfortable setting! That's where I do all my business.

The hours must be wrong. I went today to pay a bill. The time says it closes at 4 but I got there about 3:20 maybe 3:30 and a guy was locking up the store and leaving with two kids. This is not the first time this has happened. The times have been wrong or people just do not want to do their job.

They were supposed to close at 5pm. And they were closed at 3:45 pm. And then the girl was hiding behind the wall when I tried to open the door . Worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!!!

I don't use Metro my mom does,but I pay her bill for her and today my experience was awful the girl that waited on me ("Karen") was extremely rude right from the start letting one of her friends cut in front of me and then saying I couldn't transfer my mom's old phone to a unlocked phone I bought from Motorola making me buy one there at Metro where we were the only customer not given a tablet and other discounts she then sold me the phone with out helping me transfer my mom's old phone information to the new one so how was your visit

Watch out for "Yadira" she changed my girl twice on a phone upgrade an the store don't what to give her money back the cost was 295 twice for the second charged. I have bank statement an receipt an her co worker seems they don't care still trying to get it back will update if I do
