If I could I would rate this at a 0. Just picked up my car that had been sitting there for 5 1/2months to have it sitting outside with windows down , scratches on both side of my car and fuel empty and glass in my glove department.After months of wanting to know how my car was. I seen it parked very close to other vehicles that had thier windows open as well. Was told to pick it up today and it will be washed and detailed. All dirty in every crevices. Registration missing .Like they used my dogs blanket to wipe the inside. Dent on my driver front side of front wheel . Took my vehicle to the place that tinted both front windows and the Owner of the tinted establishment confirmed
it was not my window and his job. David who assisted me and took pictures promise it will be fixed. Also my special sun visor is missing. Super disappointed and upset. No one answers the phones there either when you call. I truly hope that this will be fixed. To be continued. Super sad customer!!! Also my front windows I just had tinted in the front all scratched. I'm so glad trusted my gut and went to record my vehicle witch I have proof of this and other vehicle's with windows down in the back of the service center.If you don't get a response right away from them, that's a huge red flag. Take your car somewhere else. Nightmare at this location.Paint job was still not provided window was after an additional three weeks of just sitting at this service center.

The car died on the freeway. Had it towed to the dealer. Was told it was covered under warranty. Took them a week to do all the tests there, and Hyundai. Then took 2 weeks to get the new engine a week to install it. Icing on the cake I have to buy a new battery and have them install it for 300 to do the last test to make sure everything is okay.

Took my car in for transmission leak about a month ago took a week to get issue fixed. Didn’t last 2 weeks before having another issue my car suddenly shut off took it back to get it diagnosed paid almost 700$ out of pocket to fix something that was supposed to fix the issue yet took another week or more to get the car back. Note this is my only vehicle.. After receiving it for the second time it did the exact same thing it shut off on me on my way to work I had to miss work due to this unprofessional work they did everything should have got fixed right the first time. Now they are saying it’s something else which is costing me 800$ now?! Feels like a total scam been almost 2 months I don’t have a vehicle never had issues with my car till I started taking it here. Don’t recommend this place they hardly communicate and you have to constantly keep checking for updates. Also DO NOT LEAVE VEHICLE over weekend got it towed Sunday and didn’t get notified till Wednesday that my window got broken! And to do the very least they didn’t even vacuum any glass that was all over inside my vehicle. I have kids so I had to pay for a 100$ detail service just to get everything cleaned out yet they still wanted me to leave a 5 star review knowing that’s not right!! Luckily they paid to get it fixed but still had to drive to a window repair shop with a broken window which was horrible. They said they would have made my car a priority since it was doing the same issue yet took a week to get it diagnosed again still have yet to receive my only vehicle. So far this place has been a headache and put me in a big hole with debt.

No one ever picks up the phone. I’ve literally had to drive here after work to make appointments or ask questions that could’ve been answered over the phone.Jim was a redeeming member of this service center but he seems to no longer be there. He was an excellent service person. Straight to the point and courteous.Now you’ll have to deal with service reps who are condescending and thinks you’re an idiot.

As we all know, dealerships have pricy repairs but they are reliable. The manufacturer software update on Hyundai's only took a few hours which was nice. The service department is knowledgeable and very helpful. As a courtesy, they will take you home and pick you up with their shuttle service. That's a win win all around!Love my Hyundai ❤️Enjoy! ?

I dropped my vehicle off because the check engine light came on over the weekend. Staff were really busy, friendly, and that's where it ends. The rep told me over and over "I'm trying to save you some money, bud." I was told that it would take 3-4 months to fix an engine issue..that is unheard of. He told me it could take 3-4 weeks to get approval from Hyundai, however when I called a Hyundai servicer in Fresno, a knowledgeable rep told me it takes 2 days to a week. He also explained which test this servicer ran on my car and the possible issues. The service advisor I worked with said everything would be "free of charge" when I asked if I would just have to pay the diagnostic fee (as this is a recall issue under warranty by Hyundai), and then he backpedaled and said as long as the work we do is covered under the warranty. He also said they couldn't provide me with an estimate or what is and is not covered under the warranty until they get approval and actually see inside the engine. Then parts could take anywhere from 3 weeks to a few months to receive..really? Are you getting the parts from another country??One more thing: this place NEVER answers the phone. They are busy, but I literally called the number as I was standing at the service desk near their phone. Didn't even ring once...the guy told me that they have 5 phones and 3 people working them. He acted as if I dialed the wrong number or had a bad connection..so unprofessional to blame it on the customer when your phones don't even ring.Would not recommend taking your vehicle here if you want honest and knowledgeable service. That's why I paid the diagnostic fee and had my car towed to a Hyundai service center in Modesto where they could get the job done right and in half the time this servicer promised.

I went to this place on a Monday around 3:40pm and asked if they could install a new battery in my Beetle, but was told no because they're too busy. Two days later in the morning, I called the parts department, and the man who answered was nice and considerate, and gave me a quote of $289 for an in-stock car battery. But he couldn't transfer me to the right department to see if they could install it that day, nor did he know the cost for installation. So he took my name and phone number and said he's walking over to the department right now and they'll call me back to quote the installation amount and tell me their availability. They never called me back. So I called AutoZone at 2pm, who had two batteries for me, either $211 or $269. I went there and got the $211, and they installed it for me. I gave the guy a $20 tip. Saved me time and money going to Autozone instead of to this car place, so in the end I am glad they couldn't help me either when I came in person or when I called.

Not sure who's in charge of the service department but it needs to be someone else. I took my car into the shop on 9/11 to have defect fixed, when I got there they told me a few other things needed to be done which I was fine with they told me my car would be done in 2 1/2 hours. The 2 1/2 hours passed and I haven't received a call to pick up my car so I called and I could not get through for an hour and 45 minutes only for them to tell me my car wasn't ready. So I finally received my call to pick up 7 HOURS later! And then I was told they close in 30 minutes if I wanted the car the same day so I rush there to pick it up and they only did the tire rotation and alignment they never called and told me they didn't have the part for the defect fix or anything they waited until I got there to tell me I owe $150 for the tire rotation and alignment and when asked about the defect he brushed it off saying "oh that, we can't do that today cause we don't have the part, we have to order it" so they basically had my car in their shop for 7 hours just for a tire rotation and alignment!!! It is now 9/16 and I can't get a hold of them to make the appointment to have the actual defect replaced!! Worse VW service department EVER!

Communication needs lots of improvement. Both times I have taken in my car, I am promised a certain time of receiving my car back. I don't receive any updates, and then I have to make a phone call myself to find out, they tell me they will call back- I do not receive anything throughout the day, and I have had to go in person to learn if my car is ready or when it will be ready. I took my car in on Friday morning and was promised by 4 pm, then it turned to Monday morning at 9:30 am and I didn't get my car until 4:40 PM on Monday. That was with me calling in for updates.

Came in to my appointment for an oil change. I asked the service advisor how much it would cost and he gave me 3 different prices (45,80,125). Still never got the right answer got a proper estimate or just honesty he did not know. I did not mind how long it was going to take but if it was going to take longer I would have ran other errands. Service advisor told me they were a little behind and it should definitely be done within an hour and a half. I decided to wait and a got concerned after 4 hours of waiting. Come to find out, my car was never even taken in yet. Service advisor Gabe just forgot to take my car in. People that had appointments after me were even done. I ended up having to wait 5 and a half hours just to get an oil change done. I don’t mind it taking a long time but don’t give customers the wrong expectations. I would expect the manager Ryan to train his associates better or even get involved to help.
