Ricardo and team were extremely helpful with my 2019 Titan. The AC wasn't working so they did a diagnosis and told me what needed to be done. I live out of town so I couldn't get it done plus a part had to be ordered. However they did take care of other maintenance that needed to be done. I'd recommend them. Great work ??

Somehow fixed my Audi. So good nice people. but didnt give me free dog. Great friend also, played destiny soccer. beat him 2v1 and unable to accept reality.

Today I took my class B van there to do my muffler & tail pipe...Had to comment on their EXCELLENT customer service skills. Very knowledgeable, helpful, price was GREAT too. I didn't do a comparison on the price because the GREAT REVIEWS lead me here. And I'm glad I went. Ricardo was excellent, and so we're the other workers, wish I knew there names..They ALL were Very kind, welcoming, and MOST of all GREAT SERVICE..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them...you want local & GREAT SERVICE too..here is the place to go..Thank YOU ALL..It takes GREAT WORKERS to have a GREAT business..please acknowledge your workers...Without GREAT SERVICE..There's no business..Thk you GREAT WORKERS..Were going back next week for something else.?

Took my gmc in for a glasspack. They let me hear all the different muffler options on the truck before committing to the one i liked the the sound of best. Great service. Great work!!!

I have been here twice now, first time was for my scions muffler delete which they did an amazing job and I couldn’t have been happier! About a year later I now since have taken in my civic due do a clanking which ended up being a piece of gravel stuck in between my router and dust shield, they also replaced my brake pads and resolved several issues in all one day. I didn’t have a ride and had to take an Uber and they were nice enough to wait to close shop for me, so I could pick up my car. Ricardo was super helpful and informative and the technicians did and do an amazing job. I will be returning and definitely recommend to everyone!!

Ricardo is not only helpful but very knowledgeable on what he is doing. He saved me a lot of trouble. I got all my fluids changed on both my vehicles! His team is very welcoming greeting me every time I came to check on my vehicles. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

I came here because my sister highly recommended this shop and, if I’m being honest, I have never been so confident leaving a repair shop.. these guys are transparent, quick, efficient and have excellent customer service. They keep you updated through the process, share pictures of the inspection and even show you the old part after replacing it and explain why they replaced it. They even suggested a follow up (that would take only a few minutes) to ensure the leak was fixed. Merced Radiator Shop is a gem, if you’re ever in need of vehicle repairs check out this shop and you won’t regret it.
