I took my car for oil change and tire check/ rotation. Oil change has always been done correct. However the tire tech Leopoldo Mejia Sigala did not check tire pressure instead he went into the computer and set the tire pressure reading to 5 psi when stock reading was around 32psi. My wife and 6month old daughter drive this car and I was upset so I spoke to the manager Luis Guevara. I explained to him that I go to Lee shwabb to fix my tires because I appreciate their warranty. I also explained to him that the tech at lee schabb notices the computer was edited to 5 psi which is not the appropriate setting, they fixed the computer reading and they removed the nail from the tire causing the flat. Something that Leopolodo Mejia Sigala failed to do. Luis Guevara did not buy my story and simply told me, I should go somewhere else to get my car maintenance. I'm disappointed with how the service manager decided to handle this. And I don't believe it's fair for me to have to drive to an out of town honda dealer for my maintenance. I've always had mechanical issues fixed at honda for the reason that if I decide to sell the car in the near future, the car fax will prove I keep up with the maintenance at a reliable dealer shop. I have not had time to talk to store manager Dave Woodall about this issue because I work and like most of you have a tight schedule but my oil change light will soon blink so I decided I'd leave a review before it's time to take the car in and speak with Dave personally. My bad experience with them was on 05/02/24.

I had an exceptional experience at Honda in Merced! Luis was fantastic—he made sure everything was handled smoothly and kept me updated throughout the process. His attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. Rosie at the front desk was an absolute pleasure as well; her welcoming demeanor and efficiency made the whole visit even better. Dreamy service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I've been in Honda service for over 7 years ( 4 years i West Hollywood, 3 years in San Diego ) and none of them charged me diagnostic fee if they fix the issue. It was first time i was i asked to pay diagnostic fee 189$ + repair fee. I just declined that and i gave up to leave my car to get serviced. It was first and last time to be this location.

Leave it to Merced to let me down,this is the worst Honda in ca This is my first time buying a car from the dealer I got the car with 0 miles and it didn’t even last me long 20k miles before needing a rear main seal and now there putting in a new short block i already hated the car before and this just added to my hate I’m about to lose my job because this is my only car to work I bought this car to be my daily for my far commute and it’s always letting me Down.Nobody buy a car from here

If you look in the dictionary, the synonym for idiot is Merced Honda. Terrible business people. Never received a call back when I was in the process of buying a vehicle-- take your business to a place of competence and politeness. I could have went to a dealership owned by a five year old and the whole process would have been more clear. Please, tell me what the point of engaging with customers is if you're not even going to have a clear line of communication? Ridiculous.

I’m giving them a one due to their consumer service in the Shop area. When I took my car into their shop the guy that was checking me in was very rude and snappy than when I called to make an appointment this young guy was also very dry and rude.

I was soooo disappointed today with the service department I made a appointment for 10:30 ,, 45 minutes later as I was waiting I notice my car still in the parking lot it had not been moved ,, I went to go ask when it was going to get check on he said it would be next but it would be done by 230 which when I call I I asked pacifically how long would it be? They said an hour and a half which wasn’t gonna work for me to stay till 230 when I had to be at work at 4:30 and I live in Ceres. I wasn’t very impressed by their customer service they really didn’t seem to
